Malaria No More UK is looking to appoint a highly motivated Senior Advocacy Officer to join our team and help implement our advocacy strategies. Working with both our UK and global advocacy, you will cultivate a new generation of malaria champions and push malaria up the political agenda. Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, intervention, clinical decision-making, safeguarding and risk management;
Experience providing clinical supervision, consultation or reflective practice to other practitioners;

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking an organised and proactive Global Programme Coordinator to join RCPCH Global on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support international health programmes that aim to strengthen maternal, newborn and child health systems in low- and lower-middle-income countries.
RCPCH Global is a small, specialist team responsible for designing and managing humanitarian and health systems development programmes internationally. The team works with partners to strengthen clinical education, guidelines, training, digital health tools and organisational capacity, helping to improve healthcare for children and families in some of the world's most challenging settings.
Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, you will coordinate the delivery of RCPCH Global's partnership programme in Myanmar, working closely with local partners, donors, stakeholders and colleagues across the College. You will support programme implementation, financial monitoring, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to field visits where appropriate.

Leading the delivery and development of the Contact Ealing project within budget, the role oversees and line‑manages the Family Worker team while coordinating all project activity and shaping the annual work programme. It involves working directly with families of disabled children across Ealing—particularly those from BAME and East European communities—by providing information, facilitating support groups, and creating opportunities for connection. The role also maintains strong partnerships with key organisations including Dormers Wells Children’s Centre, LBE, Ealing Advice Service, Ealing Anchor, Southall Connect, EPCF, SENDIASS and others, ensuring collaborative service delivery. Additionally, it contributes to the borough’s wider strategic aims by supporting the Ealing Co‑Production Project led by the Head of Teams.

The role leads on key communications for Contact Ealing, including producing and distributing the regular project newsletter with the wider team and preparing annual reports for funders. It also supports the ongoing development of Contact’s information base and ensures high‑quality administration across all areas of work, from report writing and correspondence to filing, photocopying and extensive telephone support. Solace Women’s Aid provides a wide range of services to victim/survivors of domestic and sexual abuse in Islington including a large advocacy and support service and specialist projects co-located in a number of services.
About the Role
This exciting role will provide advice and support to other professionals. A key part of this role involves contributing to the local Intimate Partner Violence Panel and Daily Safeguarding Meeting processes; representing survivors at these meetings and action planning alongside other agencies to improve survivor safety. Whilst working with other agencies, the Senior MASH IDVA will strive to keep survivor’s safety at the centre of all coordinated responses. The role involves the line management of frontline IDVAs, and management responsibilities of the overall projects are shared with the Service Manager.
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with external agencies in your work.
About You
We're looking for highly organised and self-motivated applicants who are passionate about ending VAWG and safeguarding. You will have a “can-do‟ approach and demonstrable commitment to Solace’s feminist approach to supporting women and their children to be safer. You will receive training and support for this role as necessary. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience of working with victims of domestic and/or sexual violence in a multi-agency setting and a working knowledge of the criminal and civil justice systems.
The candidate will have essential experience of attending multi-agency risk-focused meetings such as MARAC, IPV or MAPPA.
Successful applicants will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and children, demonstrable substantial experience in providing emotional and practical support to victims of VAWG. A relevant qualification in VAWG or significant experience is essential.
Additional Information
This is a hybrid job role with the postholder working one day per week at Solace Head Office and a further day at our offices at Islington council. The remaining days can be remote based with the expectation of working additional days at the office to meet demands of the service.
The postholder will be required to have a relevant accredited VAWG /domestic abuse qualification.
