Help to turn inside knowledge into a powerful lever for corporate accountability.
Inside Track is hiring a Senior Campaigns Manager to ensure that valuable Insider insight successfully reaches and resonates with those who have the most power to act on it.
There are millions of people going to work each day with a sense that they are, in some way, working against the world they want to live in. They may know what needs to change and have ideas about how change could happen, but lack a safe and credible route through which to act.
Inside Track creates that route. We build confidential movements of senior professionals inside powerful industries, giving them protected spaces to share what they see. Their insight helps key stakeholders understand the cultures, structures, norms and incentives creating negative social and environmental outcomes, and apply targeted pressure to redress these.
The Senior Campaigns Manager plays a key role in this work. You will work across multiple industries, providing strategic input on the timing, medium, and narrative of campaigns, ensuring that they resonate with their target audience and effectively create the environment for change to happen.
This is not a standard campaigning role. Each industry group and each issue raised will demand an entirely different approach and may have a different pathway to impact, which will likely be complex, indirect, and long-term. You will need to be a highly strategic thinker, bold in vision and comfortable in uncertainty.
Inside Track is growing quickly. For the right person, this role offers a unique chance to establish the Insider voice as a key lever for accountability at a time of deep societal volatility and growing corporate power.
Who this could suit
We are looking for someone with significant experience in building campaigns with a successful NGO, who can take our impact to the next level. Specifically, we are hoping you will have:
A working understanding of the structures and incentives which underpin major economic sectors would be useful but not essential.

We are committed to building a team that reflects a wide range of experiences, backgrounds and perspectives and supports team members to grow.
The successful candidate will receive professional coaching and support, alongside substantial ownership and genuine flexibility in their working pattern.
If you are not sure whether you tick every box, but feel excited about the work, we strongly encourage you to apply.
We particularly welcome candidates from backgrounds underrepresented in traditional campaigning and systems change roles — including people of colour, disabled candidates, and those from working-class or non-traditional paths.
Please note that to be considered for this post, you must be legally eligible to work in the UK. We are unfortunately unable to hire anyone that isn’t already living in the UK, nor are we able to sponsor visas.

About Home-Start Guildford
Home-Start Guildford is an independent charity supporting local families with at least one child under five who are struggling to cope with the challenges of family life. We hope to build on the success of the role and explore opportunities for it to continue beyond the initial contract period, subject to funding availability and organisational need.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for an Executive Director of Public Impact. The NHF is the voice of housing associations in England. We are the trade body to almost 600 housing associations, who have grown from philanthropic roots to provide 2.6 million homes to around six million people. You can find further information about the NHF on our website.
After years of campaigning, the government's recent Spending Review delivered a transformational package of funding for social housing. It will enable us to deliver the biggest social housebuilding programme since the post-war period and to better protect our existing social homes. It couldn’t be a more exciting time to join our organisation.
Over the coming years we’ll be a key partner in helping the government achieve its housebuilding targets, delivering long-term benefits to residents and communities.
We also have exciting plans to boost the public’s understanding of our sector and ensure that housing associations are seen as an employer of choice.
This is a chance for someone with significant leadership experience, and a real interest in social housing, public affairs and policy to join us and help make those ambitions a reality. You will find great colleagues and a brilliant team, and get the opportunity to work on some of the toughest (and most interesting) social, economic and policy issues in the country.
Quite simply, this role is one of the best jobs in housing! It’s challenging, rewarding and thought provoking, giving you the chance to make a real difference.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Disability confident employer
We are a disability confident employer and if you are a disabled person who meets the skills and experience, we consider essential for the role, we will offer you an interview.
Please note: there may be occasions where it is not practicable or appropriate to interview all disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job. In certain recruitment situations such as high-volume of applications, we may be required to limit the overall numbers of interviews offered to both disabled people and non-disabled people.
In these circumstances the NHF will select the disabled candidates who best meet the minimum criteria for the job rather than all of those that meet the minimum criteria, as we would do for non-disabled applicants. This is in line with the Disability Confident guidelines.
We are happy to consider reasonable adjustments to our recruitment process if you have a disability or have a condition that you feel may affect your performance during the recruitment process. Please e-mail the People team with your request or to arrange a time to discuss in more detail.
Our role profile and job advert can also be requested in large print or in accessible format via this email address.

This will help us to shortlist candidates for interview based solely on their knowledge, skills and experience.
Please also ensure that your cover letter is no longer than one side of A4 and includes a clear explanation of why you are applying for this role and the skills and experience you would bring.
