  • Securing new funding and developing existing donor relationships to encourage renewals and increased support.
  • Writing persuasive funding applications, appeals, donor communications and impact reports.
  • Planning donor engagement activities and supporting fundraising events.
  • Managing donor pipelines, monitoring performance and providing accurate forecasts.
  • Line managing and developing a Senior Fundraising Coordinator.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring fundraising activity meets relevant regulatory and data protection requirements.

About you

You will bring a strong fundraising track record, excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to tackling educational inequality.

You will have:

  • Experience delivering income growth through individual giving.
  • Strong written communication skills, including producing persuasive funding proposals.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with donors and stakeholders.
  • Experience line managing, coaching or mentoring colleagues.
  • Knowledge of the UK fundraising landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing competing priorities.

Experience of securing fix to six figure grants and experience within education or youth charities and familiarity with Salesforce or similar fundraising databases would be beneficial.
