The job

The Consultant: social media & brand (account manager equivalent) is a full-time, hybrid, permanent position at Cast from Clay. No two days are the same. As a team of 12+ based in the UK and Ukraine, we get involved in everything. You could be researching, planning and writing social media content, crafting brand strategies, developing creative concepts, or managing client relationships.

We’re not expecting you to come in and lead client accounts from day one, but over time, our goal is to coach you into a place where you can. What we do expect is for you to lead the execution. We are looking for someone who can take a project brief and run with it. You need to be able to deliver high-quality work on time with little hand-holding, becoming the person the client calls when they need to know a job will get done.

We’re looking for someone who is intellectually curious. If you love exploring ideas, their impact on the world, and understanding how people relate to them, you’ll fit right in. Importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to learn and grow, who is hungry for career progression, and who gets a kick out of working hard and doing amazing things.

What we are looking for: 

You will have: 

• At least 3 years experience in a communications agency, in-house and/or in a communications-related role.

• A strong understanding of how social platforms work. You will be familiar with audience engagement, community management, and platform algorithms.

• Experience of setting up and managing organic and paid campaigns (social/PPC). You can track performance, interpret metrics, and use data to refine the approach.

• The ability to write high-quality content tailored to distinct brand voices. You are a storyteller who can translate technical, jargon-heavy topics into compelling narratives.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to manage client expectations and offer constructive pushback when necessary.

• Excellent attention to detail, diligent and proactive. You can manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. 

It’s a bonus if you have: 

• Knowledge and understanding of the components of a brand strategy.

• Basic design understanding to assist the team with creative concepts, help visualise ideas during the development process, and enjoy collaborating with designers on visual execution.

This is an exciting new role for the organisation which will focus on engaging with communities and recruiting and training volunteers to deliver peer support services for those living with lupus. As Community Services Coordinator you will work as part of a small, tight-knit team, and will facilitate co-production sessions with stakeholders across the lupus community, enabling beneficiaries to design and shape community-based services. The role will involve providing direct support to service users, producing regular reports, and supporting and managing volunteers to provide service resourcing. The organisation is particularly interested in developing their support offering across Northern Ireland and require someone who understands the health landscape and is confident to engage with a range of stakeholders to develop their offering.

This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across the lupus community. Members are paid up to £185 per meeting. This is taxable and subject to National Insurance (NI) contributions. This is in line with our member fees policy and member fee schedule.

The Role

JOB PURPOSE 

As Magic Breakfast continues to expand its reach to support growing numbers of children and young people across the UK, increasing our fundraised income is essential. To help drive this growth, we are seeking a full-time Partnership Development Manager to join our high-performing team and secure new, strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships. 

The purpose of the Partnership Development Manager role is to work closely with the Partnership Development Lead to shape and deliver our new business strategy. The role will focus on identifying, cultivating and securing new strategic, multi-year corporate partnerships, developing tailored and compelling propositions for prospective partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Brand and Marketing, Operations, Volunteering, and other departments across the Charity to successfully bring these partnerships to life. 

Experience securing five- and six-figure partnerships is a plus, but most importantly, we’re looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing self-starter. Someone who is comfortable building relationships, pitching with conviction, and passionately championing our mission to win new strategic partners. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Pipeline Development and Cultivation:   

• Build and manage a pipeline aligned to Magic Breakfast’s funding priorities, including restricted, unrestricted, and Gift-in-Kind opportunities, working closely with the Prospect Research Manager. 

• Secure meetings with prospective partners through creative outreach, networking, phone calls, and LinkedIn. 

• Cultivate prospects to conversion, tailoring messaging, approach, and engagement to each organisation. 

• Maintain accurate records in the database and ensure all risk screening, due diligence, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards are completed. 

Planning, Pitching & Partnership Delivery 

• Research and understand each prospect’s strategic priorities to define mutually beneficial partnership opportunities. 

• Develop and deliver engaging pitches, proposals, and costed partnership plans. 

• Collaborate internally and with prospects to agree partnership vision, objectives, and KPIs. 

• Ensure contracts are appropriately prepared, explained, approved, and filed. 

• Facilitate smooth handovers of new partners to Account Managers or the Small Corporates team. 

General:  

• Work closely with the Partnership Development Lead and the wider team to contribute to the new business strategy, annual planning, and budgeting.

You are a natural builder who enjoys closing deals, developing relationships and creating meaningful social impact. You will shape and lead PBC’s first dedicated fundraising function, building a portfolio from the ground up with limited existing donor relationships.

High Trees are seeking an experienced and data-driven Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead, with strong project management skills. You will be joining us at an exciting time as High Trees continues to grow the scale and reach of our work. This role is central to creating an evidence-based culture and embedding ongoing monitoring and evaluation cycles to understand the impact of our work.

Working across the organisation, you will need to be confident across a range of approaches to monitoring and evaluation and be able to assess and determine appropriate methods, dependent on context. You will be highly proficient in collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and have experience in developing impact frameworks, including theory of change, outcomes, and indicators. As the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead, you will have oversight of monitoring systems and processes ensuring that impact data collected is to a high standard across the organisation and our partnerships.

Collaboration with colleagues is an essential part of this role and you will enjoy working with others and be a valued partner, peer and colleague. Supporting the Head of Community Research and Impact, you will actively contribute to ensuring our impact plan is effectively embedded within key strategic areas. You will need to be highly responsive to the needs of colleagues, partners and funders and be able to provide practical solutions for a range of situations.

You will need to be detailed orientated but motivated by how data and learning can be turned into impactful stories of change. You will also be a strong communicator: experienced in facilitation, an engaging presenter, and a compelling writer, able to frame and share our impact with a range of audiences. You will have the ability to see the bigger picture, at the same time as being on top of the detail – and value both in equal measures!

For over 15 years, Scotty's Little Soldiers has been supporting children and young people who have been bereaved of a parent who served in the British Armed Forces.We are about to embark on an exciting journey which will see the charity evolve to support anyone affected by a military-connected bereavement and ultimately empower a community of more than 25,000 bereaved individuals and their families by 2035. 

Founded in 2010 by Nikki Scott following the death of her husband, Corporal Lee Scott, the charity currently offers a unique blend of emotional, practical, and educational support to over 750 young people.

Role Mission. 

We’re on a mission to connect with thousands more bereaved military families and that starts with storytelling.We believe that ‘social’ media is in the past and what is needed today is ‘interest’ media – great content that engages its target audience has the potential to reach more people than a high follow count.As Content Creator, you’ll be our expert in creating great content, capturing the emotion, personality, and purpose behind everything we do. 

This is a fast-paced, highly proactive role focused on creating short-form video and photo content for social media. You’ll attend events, follow team members in action, and use your creative instincts to turn everyday moments into compelling content that resonates with our unique audience. We’re not looking for slick corporate videos, we want quick-turnaround, on-brand, authentic content that stops the scroll and builds trust. 

The key responsibilities of this role are:  

Content Creation 

• Film and edit short-form video content (e.g. Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories etc) for use across Scotty’s social channels. 

• Capture and edit photography when needed, particularly from in-person events and outreach activity, often on the go. 

• Work proactively to identify and attend opportunities to film team members and events (e.g. corporate talks, family days, community activity). 

• Jump on relevant trends and moments, adapting them to fit the tone, audience, and sensitivity of our cause. 

• Create great content which will educate or entertain our target audiences (within the bereaved military community). 

Editing & Tools 

• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or iPhone editing apps to deliver content quickly and efficiently. 

• Add subtitles, basic transitions, music, and graphics where appropriate, always with accessibility and brand in mind. 

• Maintain an organised archive of content and assets for reuse across campaigns. 

• Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing Exec to provide platform-ready content.

Planning & Collaboration 

• Collaborate with the Head of Outreach and Social Media & Marketing Executive to contribute to the content calendar and plan campaigns inline with goals. 

• Bring creative ideas to the table and take initiative in spotting content opportunities. 

• Work to brand guidelines while retaining creative flexibility, balancing tone, authenticity, and audience sensitivity. 

The 30-day goals for this role are: 

• Built a deep understanding of Scotty’s mission, our audience, the services we provide, and strategic direction. 

• Conduct a full audit of the charities existing assets, tools and equipment.  

• Alongside the Head of Outreach and the Social Media & Marketing Exec demonstrate a strong understanding of the Scotty’s tone of voice and our marketing philosophy.

• Agreed key performance measures and personal success measures with Head of Outreach. 

• Attend and capture at least one live in-person event or activity and turn it into usable, on-brand content. 

The 60-day goals for this role are: 

• Delivering consistent, high-quality, creative content reflecting Scotty’s mission and resonating with our target audiences.

• Actively contribute to creative campaign ideas and planning. 

• Effectively repurposing existing content to meet current needs. 

• Working confidently on the go, managing own calendar and movements to capture relevant content across the team. 

• Maintaining an organised archive and has ownership of all video content at the charity. 

The 90-day goals for this role are: 

• Recognised as the go-to team member for on-brand, authentic, video or photo content.

• Demonstrating impact through content, using key performance metrics to evidence success in collaboration with the Social Media & Marketing Exec. 

• Balancing creativity with sensitivity by consistently exercising good judgement around tone, storytelling, and safeguarding. 

• Working with the Head of Outreach and Content Creator, we already have the best social engagement rates of any UK military charity!

What You’ll Need to Succeed 

Must Have 

• A strong portfolio or clear examples of short-form social content (video and/or photography), with clear results. 

• Proven ability to create mobile-first content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar. 

• Confidence working independently and proactively, capturing content without needing detailed briefs. 

• Strong visual judgement and understanding of what works on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. 

• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work sensitively and respectfully with content involving bereavement and military families. 

• Willingness and ability to travel within the UK for events and activities (with flexibility around occasional evenings or weekends). 

• A genuine passion for Scotty’s mission and a desire to tell real, human stories that matter. 

Nice to Have 

• Familiarity with accessibility best practice (e.g. subtitles, clear visuals, inclusive framing). 

• Experience capturing content in live or fast-moving environments (events, community settings). 

• Basic understanding of how content performance is assessed on social platforms. 

• An interest in community-building and storytelling beyond polished or corporate content.

A desirable part of the role includes supporting financial administration and reporting tasks. Knowledge of financial systems like Xero or Sage,  Direct  Debit management and Gift  Aid.

Main Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Operations

• Manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well‑organised working environment.

• Oversee office supplies, equipment, stationery orders, and relationships with vendors.

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are stored securely and are easy to locate.

• Support onboarding and practical arrangements for new staff, volunteers, and interns.

• Point of contact and responsible for maintaining the ICC UK Storage Facility. (Currently situated in Newcastle upon Tyne)

Executive & Team Support

• Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and wider leadership team, including diary coordination, travel booking, meeting preparation, and expense processing.

• Assist in preparing board papers, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions for ICC UK Board and sub‑committee meetings.

• Support internal communication by ensuring timely circulation of updates, documents, and scheduled reminders.

Finance & Compliance Support

• Assist with routine finance administration, including invoice processing, receipts collation, card reconciliation, and liaising with the ICC UK finance team as needed.

• Maintain accurate records for compliance, audits, safeguarding training, and policy renewals.

• Support contract and lease administration (e.g., office lease, supplier agreements, insurance renewals).

Event & Travel Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for UK events, training days, team gatherings, and visits from international colleagues.

• Manage bookings, venue arrangements, hospitality, travel itineraries, and attendee communications.

• Support international travel preparation, including documentation, itinerary organisation, and expense tracking.

Communications & Public-Facing Support

• Serve as a friendly first point of contact for enquiries via email, phone, and the ICC UK office address.

• Assist with maintaining contact databases and ensuring GDPR‑compliant data handling.

Systems & Organisation

• Maintain shared calendars, organisational systems, and internal workflows to ensure alignment across the team.

• Help ensure consistency of templates, branding, and standard documents across ICC UK.

General Duties

• Uphold ICC’s mission, values, and commitment to hospitality, clarity, and servant‑hearted support.

• Undertake other reasonable administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of ICC UK and its partnership with ICC International.
