People Practice Lead

In this new role you will advise on employment practice, look after our people policies, lead on recruitment and be a trusted first point of contact for colleagues. You’ll work closely alongside our Culture Practice Lead to turn our culture into everyday practice, so that care and accountability strengthen each other. This is a senior role with real autonomy, and it is designed to grow in scope over time.
