You should have:
- Significant experience managing international development or humanitarian programmes, including WASH or a substantial WASH component.

Brief Role Description:
This role will lead communications at Carers Leeds with the aim of identifying and engaging carers; raising awareness of caring and influencing others in the city to act to benefit carers; and fundraising. The postholder will work closely with the CEO, the Senior and Operational Management Teams to design and deliver the organisation’s communications strategy and plans.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the CEO and SMT to agree Carers Leeds communications strategy. Responsible for developing, updating and monitoring Carers Leeds communications plans, to ensure a co-ordinated approach to communications.
· Establish and maintain effective communications processes and good working relationships across the Carers Leeds team to support communication across service delivery, carer awareness, influencing and fundraising.

The Head of Partnerships will play a key role in managing Inter Mediate's relationships with institutional donors, foundations, governments and philanthropic partners. The Role
As the Financial Controller, you will run the day-to-day financial operations, taking ownership of transactional accounting and month-end reconciliations. The role involves coordinating payroll, preparing management accounts and VAT returns, supporting budget preparation and assisting with year-end accounts and internal and external audits. You’ll also manage the Finance Manager and play a key role in the organisation’s financial stability and operational success.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification).
- Proven experience managing the month-end close and preparing management accounts.
- High-level Excel proficiency and ability to work with financial data confidently.
- Experience with accounting software (Xero experience is advantageous). Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience in the charity sector, including technical expertise in Charity SORP.

-Provide strategic leadership, planning and insight on Welsh policy, campaigns and senior stakeholder engagement to achieve Minds strategy in Wales, including providing advice and guidance to senior management and trustees, representing the organisation at the highest level on complex policy issues and engaging lived experience in the work of Mind Cymru

As ourOrganisational Effectiveness Analyst, you will help WaterAid run effectively by turning organisational data into clear, trusted insight and work closely with the People, Finance and Strategy teams to drive sustainable change.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring insight is clearly presented and genuinely useful for decision-making.
- Help to shape a clear People data strategy and approach that enables evidence-based workforce planning, strategic decision-making and improved use of People data, with support from the Head of Data & Analytics and the People Director.
- Support Finance reporting and analysis, including working with engineering and finance-systems colleagues on changes to the data pipeline, enabling and quality-assuring self-service reporting by Finance users
- Maintain and develop cross-organisational management information, including quarterly and live C-Suite reporting, responding to growing demand for clear reporting across domains.

Requirements
To be successful, you will need:
- Practical data skills, including the ability to manipulate and investigate data using SQL and DAX.
- Strong data visualisation and reporting skills, particularly with Power BI, able to turn complex information into clear insight and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Good business analysis skills: able to work with stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into clear reporting and data requirements.
- A methodical, careful approach to data quality and documentation, comfortable monitoring data and flagging issues within a data stewardship model.
Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:
- Experience working with data across back-office or corporate functions such as People/HR or Finance.
- Experience translating business requirements into data or warehouse logic alongside engineers.

About the role
As Registration Officer, you will support members, applicants and members of the public by responding to enquiries and administering key registration and membership processes. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help deliver an excellent member experience while contributing to the smooth running of registration and renewal activities.
