About the role and you
We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced manager to join the Helpline team. You will support the Head of Stop It Now, working alongside our Helpline Managers and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Manager in the day to day running of the helpline and provide support and advice to Helpline Advisors. You will have direct client contact via telephone, a secure message service and online chat. You will also support with the training of staff and promotion of the work of the helpline.
This is a highly rewarding role within a friendly, supportive and hardworking team which is committed to keeping children safe from harm.
You will have experience in working directly with one or more of our key target groups: - for example adults and/or children and young people who have sexually harmful behaviours, or child victims of sexual abuse, or family members of these individuals. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic professional, who is proactive and outcome focused with exceptional communication and relationship skills. You will be able to evidence a successful track record of working with individuals and families impacted by child sexual abuse. You will be able to demonstrate confidence in translating the charity’s mission into direct child protection practice and equipping other professionals in tackling child sexual abuse.

- A confident manager with good staff supervision and support skills, and an enthusiasm for supporting colleagues to work within organisational guidelines as well as to develop new skills

About This Role
We are looking for an exceptional Volunteer Manager to lead and nurture our London volunteer community, which is made up of almost 400 volunteers. This role is key to ensuring every volunteer feels valued, supported, and inspired to give their best in helping women succeed in their employment journeys.
You will be responsible for the full volunteer journey – from recruitment, induction, and training through to ongoing engagement and recognition. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the London centres and the wider Smart Works network to ensure our volunteer community remains strong, inclusive, and aligned with our values.
The role would be based across all three London centres (Islington, Ladbroke Grove and Croydon), and there will be occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu is given.
The successful candidate will build strong working relations with our staff team and volunteers, as well as the teams across Smart Works centres in the UK. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager to develop and secure six and seven figure, multi-year grants from trusts, foundations and other institutional grant funders, e.g. the National Lottery.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.
Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now building a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to diversify income, grow their philanthropy programme and increase engagement and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Trusts and Foundations, this role will work as part of a small but high department to deliver objectives and income targets. The role will deputise for the Head of Trusts and Foundations as required and support in the development of the strategy for the department, working across the organisation with colleagues, senior staff, trustees and external trusts and foundation contacts. A key focus of the role will be making bids and writing applications to maximise financial support from charitable trusts and foundations in a team which has a target of £1.15m in 2025-26, growing to £2.1m by 2029-30.
The ideal candidates will have a substantial background in Trusts and Foundation fundraising within the charity sector and experience of delivering excellent stewardship with external stakeholders. You will have experience of large scale and complex (£ six/seven figure) bid writing for specific projects over multiple years. Excellent and persuasive writing skills and a sharp eye for details will be essential alongside strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You will be approachable, with a ‘hands-on’ approach and a flexible ‘can do’ proactive attitude and, importantly, you will have a commitment to understand the needs of Deaf People and a commitment to our values and culture.

The Marketing & Communications team is crucial to the success of the Almeida’s ambitious vision and the strategic priorities for the team include:
- Build and manage the brand of the Almeida Theatre across London, the UK and internationally.
- Take a strategic and data first approach to marketing and promoting the Almeida and its work in order to deliver income targets in excess of £3 million in ticket sales each year.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM:
- Lead on management of Almeida’s central CRM database, Tessitura, and act as principal point of contact with Tessitura for all system maintenance, development, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Development teams to maximise the use of our CRM systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and align with the goals of the organisation.
- Ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and is an efficient sales process.
- Work with the Box Office Manager to set up on-sales for new productions and events.
- Update the information and content in TNEW (online booking system), working Box Office Manager to ensure a smooth sales path.
- Work with the Development team to enhance our insight into current and prospective supporters. In particular, working to support Membership recruitment and retention, to encourage donations.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to produce audience segmentation strategies.
- Help troubleshoot queries or issues, related to Tessitura filtering those that cannot be resolved internally through to the Tessitura support.
- Provide support to all of the key departments within the Almeida which generate and use data, including set up of users, and provide training as required.
- Be a key part of the Almeida’s GDPR team ensuring all our data collection and processing complies with all current and future data protection legislation.
Sales, Insights and Data:
- Compile and deliver sales reports and analysis to relevant departments across the organisation, including senior and executive leadership, tailoring reports to suit a range of requirements.
- Monitor ticket inventory and introduce strategies for managing ticket holds.
- Provide up-to-date data analysis and reporting on marketing activities to help improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use sales data analysis to advise the Director of Marketing and Communications on ticket pricing strategies.
- Manage our digital audience survey (Survey Monkey) and Arts Council data collection platform (Illuminate), collating and reporting on the results and evaluation of campaigns and audiences.
- Help guide the Almeida’s audience development strategy through customer research and data analysis relating to existing and new audiences.
- Support other departments with data collection and analysis.
Other duties:
- Be jointly responsible for the accuracy of all marketing communications, maintaining the theatre brand at all times, and advocating for this across the organisation.
- Support the Marketing Manager with digital advertising.
- Help to develop and deliver marketing strategies to increase income from auxiliary sales such as merchandise and Almeida Café & Bar.
Person Specification
- Enthusiasm for theatre and the work of the Almeida.

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
As the Transition and Recovery Service Team Manager you will oversee the Behavior change, and RISE Teams.
Our Behaviour Change programmes support individuals of any gender or sexual orientation who identify themselves as engaging in harmful behaviours in their relationships and are seeking support to end that harm. They may refer themselves or be referred by a professional. The RISE service provides focused support to those impacted by Domestic Abuse, Sexual Violence and Stalking, including people with harmful behaviors, to access education, training, employment or volunteering
As Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a psychologically safe and supportive environment for staff working in emotionally demanding roles. You will lead with empathy and integrity, ensuring team members feel heard, valued, and empowered to raise concerns without fear. Through regular supervision, reflective practice, and wellbeing initiatives, you will promote resilience and mental health, enabling staff to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to survivors of domestic abuse.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a Customer Research Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave for 12 months. This is a key role in our Customer Analysis and Insight team, helping us build deeper, more meaningful relationships with our supporters and with men with prostate cancer.
You’ll lead on quantitative and qualitative research projects, uncovering insights that shape how we communicate, fundraise, and deliver services. Expect to work on campaign evaluations, audience segmentation, and product development, as well as managing our survey platform and Insights Library. You’ll collaborate across teams to guide market and competitor research and manage a customer research analyst, ensuring our work delivers value for money.
This role is all about turning information into action, helping us understand what motivates our audiences and making sure those insights improve everything we do. You will also lead stakeholder engagement, using your influencing skills to explain the ‘why’ behind our insights and help others see the value of customer research in decision-making.
You will be part of a passionate team that’s focused on making a real difference for people affected by prostate cancer.
What we want from you
You are a research specialist with a strong track record in managing both quantitative and qualitative projects - from design and methodology to delivery and insight communication. You know how to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and are confident presenting findings to a range of audiences.
You are curious, collaborative, and commercially minded, with a proactive approach and a passion for customer insight. You have worked with tools like Displayr, TGI, Toluna, Tableau or similar, and you understand the charity fundraising landscape.

Galop, the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ anti-abuse charity, is looking for a passionate and experienced Individual Giving Manager to join their growing team.

The Individual Giving programme is in its early stages, having launched in October 2023. Some initial foundation-building and activity has been completed, and Galop is now seeking an Individual Giving Manager to develop and grow this function into a key fundraising stream.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in Individual Giving and be ready to take the lead on a growing programme. You’ll also have:

Strong knowledge of digital fundraising and supporter journeys.

Experience using fundraising databases (Salesforce preferred).

There is currently no line management responsibility. The role sits within a small, supportive Fundraising and Communications team of three.
