About the role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our messaging, supporting our fundraising efforts, and leading our marketing strategy to position the charity as a trusted provider of financial and wellbeing support for those most in need, and as a signposting and early intervention resource for the wider community we support.
As our Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and brand identity, while creating and managing an editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all channels. You will craft high-quality, engaging, and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, reports, email campaigns, and print materials.
Collaborating in cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimise content and strategies.

Stepping Stones is a thriving, longstanding and highly valued community organisation. We have delivered activities for over 30 years and our weekly classes are an important part of the lives of people who attend.
Our main delivery is a timetable of up to 14 weekly classes from our base in a multipurpose community centre. We also have activities off site including gardening at a local allotment and music and art classes at a day centre and residential home. Each week over 100 people benefit from our activities.

The role of Supporter Care Manager is a vital role in our delivery of fundraising services to our client and is a new role created by splitting our current Database & Supporter Care Manager role into two separate roles. This role will focus on the quality of our donor journey, associated communications and the accuracy of our reporting in conjunction with our client’s Finance team.
The Supporter Care Manager will ensure that all processes for recording and thanking donations is accurate, timely and meets regulatory and reporting requirements, whilst providing a friendly and supportive donor experience. Assessing current processes, identifying, and implementing improvements in collaboration with the Database Manager will be a key focus. The successful applicant will have a passion for leading a team to deliver excellent supporter care and donor communications whilst working with and supporting the wider Fundraising team to deliver results for our client and their beneficiaries.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage the Supporter Care Officers and several Fundraising Volunteers - providing mentoring and training and completing performance and development reviews.
- Deliver excellent supporter care to our client’s donors and supporters and reporting to the wider Fundraising team.
- Ensure that the best donor experience and journey is in place across all income lines.
- Work closely with the Database Manager to identify and implement process improvements and where possible system automations.
- Ensure that individual processes are mapped out and that clear instructions and training are in place to mentor and support the Supporter Care team.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Director of Fundraising.
- Collaborate with the wider Fundraising management team to provide advice and support in the implementation of new fundraising campaigns and events.

Required experience, knowledge, skills and characteristics:
- Experience of delivering excellent supporter care or customer care in a charitable or commercial setting.
- Good working knowledge of the Raisers Edge database and donor record management and an expert understanding in the input and recording of all donor data – particularly consent and gift aid information.
- Experience of managing a team to deliver excellent supporter or customer care.
- Good knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations governing interactions with donors and the recording and use of information.
- Good understanding of the administrative processes required to log and successfully claim Gift Aid on individual gifts.

Together with the Governance Manager, you will be the key point of contact for compliance, providing advice and support to the team and ensuring we have procedures and controls in place across all areas of the charity. Key Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of compliance and be a point of contact for all compliance and data protection queries, providing accurate advice to ensure compliance with regulations.

Founded in 1980, ELF has been raising money to fund improved facilities, better equipment and research at the haematology ward at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. The role:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in our fast-growing Fundraising Team, and leading our new business efforts by identifying, cultivating and securing new corporate partnerships at the six and seven-figure level as well as playing an active part in the wider team’s endeavours to secure and uplift our corporate partnerships.
You will report to our Director of Development and will manage and grow our relationships with like-minded businesses across multiple industries to generate income and engage new audiences for the Childhood Trust to achieve our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities:
· Build cases for support to engage funders. · Identify corporate partnership opportunities. This will involve conducting research to manage and grow a pipeline of corporate partnerships opportunities worth £50k+ and/or with significant media and communications value.
· Develop cultivation plans for key prospects and target industries to increase support for the Childhood Trust.
· Proactively approach and build new relationships with corporates, securing and attending meetings.
· Develop and deliver high quality communications to secure new corporate partnerships. For example, this could include brochures, proposals, and pitches which communicate the charity’s work, strategy, and a case for why companies should support the Childhood Trust.
· Work collaboratively with the Account Management team to embed new partnerships to ensure they are managed appropriately.
· Contribute to setting the annual budget and carrying out regular review of the pipeline
· Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of The Childhood Trust’s strategic goals.
Person Specification:
· Proven track record of personally soliciting corporate partnerships at the six-figure level and above
· Experience of dealing with C-suite individuals and senior volunteers
· Excellent personal presentation and communication skills, and attention to detail
· High level of numeracy, IT literacy and competence
· Experience of budget setting and monitoring
· Use of Salesforce
· Solid knowledge of governance and regulations related to fundraising and the charity sector

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease which is uncommon, complex and poorly understood. It affects the immune system and can cause lasting damage to the kidneys, skin, heart, lungs and/or brain. At Lupus UK they hold an ambition for a world where people with lupus can live full and active lives. They work hard to empower people by providing information about lupus and offering support, so their voices are heard and their condition diagnosed and managed effectively.

Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum depending on experience

As Development Manager you will be the primary contact for all individual fundraising at Lupus UK. You will drive and manage all the charities community and challenge fundraising events working to support and build fundraising relationships with the lupus community, Lupus UK’s key regional volunteers, community groups and a wider range of individuals and organisations. The focus of this role is to build strong relationships with financial and non-financial supporters to fundraise on behalf of Lupus UK and donate directly to the organisation.
They are looking for candidates with demonstratable track record of success in fundraising from challenge events and community groups, and working with individual financial supporters to funds. The ideal candidate will have experience working with producing copy and communications to general supporters, fundraisers and event participants.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individuals to join our fundraising team as a Supporter Engagement Officer. In this role, you will play a vital role in building and growing relationships with our individual donors and managing digital campaigns and challenge events to help the team raise as much funding as possible to support people experiencing homelessness across London.
About the role:
As the Supporter Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for the stewardship of new and existing donors to becoming regular Single Homeless Project supporters. Working closely with the Supporter Engagement Lead and alongside the fundraising team, you will contribute towards the delivery of achieving SHP's overarching vision of a society where everyone has a place to call home and the chance to live a fulfilling life.
In your role, you will be responsible for building and delivering a successful supporter engagement campaigns focusing on:
- Building and growing relationships with our fantastic supporters throughout their journey with Single Homeless Project.
- Supporting with the management and delivery of a portfolio of fundraising events.
- Developing and delivering engaging digital campaigns and content through our online portfolio of products and emergency appeals.
- Working with internal SHP departments to create new concepts for supporter engagement.
- Stewarding new and existing donors to become regular supporters of Single Homeless Project.
Please note the role will follow a hybrid working model, with two days working in our head office in Kings Cross and 3 days WFH.
About you:
- Highly numerate and attentive to detail, with strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Entrepreneurial, results-driven and able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team, meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Experience of working on digital campaigns and understanding of PPC advertising.
- Experience working with other internal departments to maximise collaboration and impact between the teams.
- Experience building and managing relationships with individual donors and external funders.
