We're looking for an interim HR Business Partner to work with a high profile charity, reporting into the Head of HR, you will help to lead engagement, retention, and change initiatives across four sites across North Hampshire and Surrey.
You'll partner closely with regional heads and service managers to improve the employee experience and drive service outcomes. Coaching managers, resolving complex ER cases, and creating data-informed action plans are key parts of the role.
You'll need to be CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with HR partnering experience across multi-site environments. Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills are essential, along with knowledge of employment law and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders. You'll be well-versed in the full HR suite-including L&D, reward, talent analytics-and comfortable working with data.
This is a role that involves some travel to sites when required, so car ownership would be necessary with mileage paid.
Individual Giving Officer
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an Individual Giving Officer to join King’s College Hospital Charity. The money the charity raises helps to fund cutting-edge facilities and equipment as well as pioneering research and treatment. In joining them you are joining a team of passionate and hardworking individuals with an excellent culture.
The Individual Giving Officer role has come about due to growth and investment in the team. You will report into the Individual Giving Manager and will help achieve the income target of £1.3 million. You will be given the opportunity to work across all channels (f2f, telemarketing, direct mail and digital) and income streams (regular giving, lottery, in memory and legacy giving). Tasks will include, day to day admin for campaigns; running a direct mail appeal (with income between £10-20K); copy and content creation; research; invoice processing and complaint handling; speaking to donors; liaising with external agencies; and working on the stewardship journey.
There is a wealth of potential in the fundraising team at King’s College Hospital Charity and there is a lot of opportunity for you achieve new things and help shape the direction and future success of their IG programme.
To be successful as the Individual Giving Officer, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to produce compelling copy and content
- Prior experience in Individual Giving or Fundraising would be a plus

We are looking for a new policy adviser who will work primarily in our natural environment to help deliver ambitious leadership for the environment. They may also work on projects for one or more of our other themes.
You will be a strong researcher and confident communicator who can understand the main environmental and political challenges in the UK. As well as understanding the bigger picture, you will have experience of working in policy areas covered by our natural environment theme which are food, farming, land use and nature.
You will work as part of a team that uses political, policy and analytical insights to drive forward UK government policy on food, farming, land use and nature. You will be able to synthesise complex information rapidly, including in areas unfamiliar to you. You will take initiative in using that information to propose policy positions to the team that are sensitive to the wider political context. You will be organised and independent, ensuring outputs and events are executed to a high quality and to deadlines.
Communication skills are important. You will be a skilled writer, capable of turning complex information into easily understandable briefings, reports, and blogs for our audiences. You will have the ability to build relationships with politicians, environmental NGOs, business partners and other stakeholders. You will be comfortable presenting our work to internal and external audiences, helping to secure support for projects and policy proposals.

Following a successful asset transfer and a £1m investment, we have ambitious plans for Gorton Central, developing this much loved community asset into an exemplar community hub and our organisational HQ. The Centre Business Manager will lead the day to day operations at the Centre and the Centre staff team to drive forwards business growth and service impact.
