The Clean Air Fund is looking to recruit a Senior Specialist- Super Pollutants and Health to join the team in London, Delhi or Accra. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation whose mission is to use philanthropic grants to catalyse a reduction in air pollution in a newly created role.   

In this role you will help to deliver the Clean Air Fund’s mission through high quality strategic and operational support to the Super Pollutant team’s strategy, research and other core work areas – especially focusing on the impact of super pollutants on health. This includes the design, management, monitoring and evaluation of philanthropic initiatives and programmes, project and grant management, as well as the design and management of partnerships, policy and communication efforts. As a Senior Specialist in Super Pollutants and Health will contribute to the development and project management of a new part of the programme on the health impacts of super pollutants. Tasks will include support of design, management, delivery and review of projects and philanthropic initiatives in this portfolio. You will also support key strategic partnerships, campaigns and policy efforts to support our efforts to move black carbon up the global climate agenda. 

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience;

• Strong interest and experience in health or climate and environmental issues, international affairs, politics and policy, and social change.
• Capability to lead projects and support the management of partnerships, especially within international contexts.

Purpose of the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving and growing fundraising team with a new, ambitious strategy for income generation that the whole charity, senior management and Trustees are right behind.

The role itself is new as Cerebra looks to invest in and significantly grow and develop a new mass participation events programme (which includes schools fundraising products). You’ll work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications who has a strong background in events and community fundraising.

You will lead the development of virtual/digital fundraising events, challenge/3rd party events, in-person owned events, DIY events and our relationships with schools. In time, you will build and foster relationships with other community organisations. You will be responsible for growing the team as the programme expands.  Innovation and product development are key areas of work.

You will play key role in the Fundraising Marketing & Communications directorate and developing our fundraising, audience and supporter engagement strategy.

This is a challenging but well-supported role, where you can make a large, career-defining impact on Cerebra and the children and families that we serve.

Overall budgetary responsibility is approximately £295k of income for 2026, with considerable scope and ambition for improvement.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. New events programme

• Develop a multi-year events programme incorporating virtual/digital events, challenge/3rd party events, in-person own events and DIY.
• Project manage the delivery of the events in the programme to raise £295k in 2026.
• Develop multi-channel marketing plans for recruitment, focusing on key audiences.
• Develop multi-channel supporter journeys and top-class supporter experience to deepen engagement and increase income.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on income, expenditure, and supporter acquisition across the events programme and make decisions about where to invest time and resources, accordingly.
• Develop necessary assets, such as fundraising packs. Digital platforms, digital rewards and supporter groups.
• Work with the Corporate & Philanthropy Manager to offer events fundraising to corporate partners.

2. Innovation and product development

• Use data and insights to understand audiences and to innovate and develop new events from prototype and MVP onwards.
• Proactively research and identify opportunities to grow the portfolio, monitoring the market and sector trends and how they could be implemented at Cerebra.
• Constantly seek to iterate and improve events in all areas including marketing, supporter experience, delivery and fundraising.
• Create business cases and plans for each new event.
• Own and grow Cerebra’s own mass participation flagship event “Relay Your Way”.

3. Schools and community groups

• Develop a plan and products to engage schools with Cerebra fundraising.
• Work with the Marketing & Communications team to develop materials to support schools fundraising.
• Work with the Marketing & Communications and Contact Centre teams to recruit schools to take part in fundraising for Cerebra.
• Monitor and evaluate to scale successful schools fundraising products.
• Take learnings from schools fundraising to apply to other groups and organisations.

4. Culture & relationships

• Work to continue the development of a strong, person-centred, empathetic, supportive and inclusive culture at Cerebra.
• Build on excellent relationships between different teams and directorates for each teams’s and Cerebra’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to align partner activity with service delivery and communications.

• Monitoring and reporting on income and expenditure and KPIs throughout the year.
• Providing quarterly income and expenditure re-forecasts.
• Ensuring all relevant information is recorded in line with charity, fundraising and data legislation and best practice.

6. Line Management

• Carry out recruitment within the team in line with Cerebra’s practices and values.
• Provide effective, remote line management, support and performance management to direct reports to help them maximise their potential and effectiveness.
• Provide practical and person-centred coaching support to direct reports.
• Ensure there is a continual focus on learning and development and wellbeing.

· Manage the development and implementation of Friendship’s fundraising, partnership development, and partnership management activities in the UK

This is one of two District Property Secretary roles in North West England Methodist District, who will be the first point of contact on all matters relating to property. Using their knowledge of land and buildings, and their use and maintenance, in addition to knowledge of governance in the Methodist church context, the postholders will ensure a coherent and holistic approach to property across the District. 

Key Responsibilities 

Provide advice to churches and circuits on property-related matters

Work with colleagues, including ministers and lay members of the circuits and churches within the District, to maximise utilisation of property and land across the District for mission and income generation, in line with Connexional property strategy

About This Job

This is an exciting role in Army Cadet Headquarters which provides administrative support to the functional delivery areas of the syllabus. We are looking for a person to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team and support administration across both our volunteer staff and employed workforce.

This post is primarily to support DofE and First Aid but may, where required, be surged to cover short term administrative responsibilities for other activity areas.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. About you 

Our ideal candidate is a dependable communicator who enjoys the day-to-day delivery of communications - planning and scheduling content, creating and posting on social media, drafting newsletters, updating the website, and producing simple graphics and videos. They are organised, detail-oriented, and help keep our communications running smoothly. They will also understand how to communicate across different geographies and audiences, and bring some familiarity with the UN system, as well as experience working in INGO or global health advocacy contexts.

The role 

Key components of the role include: 

• Social media content development - collaborate with internal subject specialists to produce consistent and frequent on-brand written and visual content for social channels, in support of brand and advocacy goals. You’ll use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and AgoraPulse for this. 
• Email - develop, write and send UnitedGMH’s regular email newsletter, working with internal staff to source news, updates and relevant content tailored for email subscribers.
• Website development - develop, maintain and update content for the UnitedGMH website - including uploading content and editing pages.
• Social media channel and community management - lead on day-to-day management and posting on UnitedGMH social media channels, including X, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Manage paid social campaigns where required. Use monitoring tools to manage social media comments (organic and paid).
• Brand guardian: Be a steward of the UnitedGMH brand, helping to ensure consistent application of visual identity and tone of voice across all external organisational outputs, maintaining high standards of design.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting - create regular analytic reports for social, website and email channels. 
• Editorial planning and communications calendar management - lead on the maintenance of the organisation’s communications calendar, ensuring content across channels is planned-in-advance of key advocacy moments.

Requirements 

• Understanding, and experience in use, of online channels (incl. website content management systems (CMS) such as Wordpress and Squarespace, a broad spectrum of social media platforms and email marketing through Mailchimp) 
• An excellent copywriter, with demonstrable experience crafting copy for different audiences - including for social media and email newsletters
• Strong research and proofreading skills, adapted to key audiences

Job Purpose

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Communications and Engagement Officer who can effectively convey the life-changing impact of our work, motivate our community to volunteer, donate and fundraise to support our work, and ensure that the information and educational resources we provide reach those who need them most.

Key Responsibilities 

Communications:

· Act as the first point of contact for IPWSO’s public email address and social media channels and ensure timely and appropriate replies.

Since 2012, Overcoming MS has been at the forefront of promoting an evidence-based approach to the self-management of MS using healthy lifestyle choices alongside medication. Although there is no cure for MS, we help people with MS to live well by making informed lifestyle choices.
