·         Ensuring the completion of daily/routine paperwork in line with operational procedures and role portraits.

·         Be responsible for good operational standards and working practices in the warehouse and storage areas.

·         Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are recorded and maintained; preparing for and actioning all Health and Safety audits.

·         Ensuring Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times in all BFB’s operations.

·         Overseeing operational spending and other financial transactions in line with the budget.

·         Ensuring all charity vehicles are maintained and compliant.

·         Develop relationships with the outlying community to ensure access for all.

·         Being a key holder for BFB’s sites and responding to call-outs as required.

·         Occasionally filling in as the key member of staff on the mobile community shop, including driving the van and serving customers.
