The Role

CAIA is seeking an organised, proactive and community-minded Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the Hayashen Centre.

This is a varied and impactful role, responsible for ensuring that the centre operates safely, efficiently and in a well-coordinated way. The postholder will strengthen operational systems, support high-quality service delivery and help ensure that CAIA can effectively demonstrate its impact.

  • Coordinate facilities, suppliers, maintenance and room bookings

  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries
  • Support volunteers, activities and community engagement

About You

You will have experience supporting compliance systems such as health & safety, safeguarding or GDPR, and be confident working with data management systems and digital tools.

What We Offer

  • A welcoming, inclusive team and a role with real community impact
  • Competitive salary and training opportunities
  • The opportunity to develop a broad range of operational and organisational skills
  • The chance to support and celebrate Armenian culture and community life
