This is a new and exciting role that will build and develop relationships with churches and individuals, to secure significant income, and bring in frequent and targeted income through regular donations, fundraising campaigns and events. Main Responsibilities:

3. Assist with setting up our CRM database, developing and maintaining it to ensure efficient, appropriate data capture and analysis for the purpose of effective stewardship, fundraising and communications.
4. Develop an Individual Giving and Acquisition strategy that drives growth for individual giving across multi-channel campaigns and initiatives.
5. Pioneer and develop a broad range of relationships with churches, organisations, and denominations across Southwark.
6. Management of a part time Partnerships Manager with responsibility.

Essential Requirements: 

1. 3 years charity fundraising experience or evidence of very relatable experience.
2. Experience / understanding of fundraising campaigns.
3. Experience working on either eTapestry, Raisers Edge, Salesforce or Donorfy CRM systems.
4. Ability to connect and network with a wide range of people through a broad variety of communication methods.
5. A good level of general education including GCSE Maths and English plus A-levels or equivalent.

We are seeking a successful candidate who will:

• Lead the financial accounting team of the RBL group to ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and tax.
• Lead the RBL’s transactional processing teams with focus on cash collection, treasury management, payroll and accounts payable.
• Lead the development of RBL’s Finance systems to drive productivity within Finance and the wider organisation.

As a Director of Financial Accounts you will also play a key role in:

• contributing to the three-year Strategic Plan with the emphasis on the financial framework and develop supporting strategies alongside an annual plan for the team

We are looking for an additional support worker with lived experience of self-harm to join our existing team working with people who have attended A&E for self-harm treatment. This role has been developed specifically for people who have lived experience of self-harm. Self-harm can take many forms but for the purposes of this role we mean things which someone has done to themselves with the clear intention of causing harm.

This role is not about sharing personal stories of self-harm, but some exploration of your experiences will be part of the interview and training process. All questions will be provided in advance of the interview and training will be run in a small, closed group. Both the interviews and training will be facilitated by people who have used their self-harm experiences in their working lives.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Support the day to day running of the Lived Experience Service by:

• Offering tailored follow up support to people of all communities and genders who have attended A&E for self-harm treatment including face to face or video chat meetings, researching community support and guidance in finding and using self- help resources based on the principles of mutual experience, empathy and holistic support;
• Where appropriate sharing ideas about ways of achieving goals, drawing on personal experiences and assisting people to decide what they want to achieve based on their circumstances and personal resources;
• Administrative tasks including researching and updating service resources and maintaining accurate client records in line with organisational confidentiality, data protection and safeguarding policies.
• Supporting their own wellbeing by engaging in regular supervision and appropriate training

2. Contribute to the overall running of the organisation through:

• Attending team meetings
• Supporting the development and/or running of organisational resources, events and campaigns relevant to their role

Duties:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to take responsibility for the delivery of several key functions within the Data Services team. You will be responsible for the importing of data into the database, providing contact data to JDRF teams to support and promote campaigns, direct mail, community engagement, major donor giving and challenge events, whilst providing database support and guidance to users, including providing training.

You’ll have knowledge of a relational database, excellent attention to detail and be skilled and comfortable in building good working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join the National Theatre People Team.

The purpose of the role

The People Operations Manager will lead and manage the People Operations function and be responsible for the design, improvement and delivery of all people processes and experiences including transactional HR processes, on-boarding.  A key part of the role is the continued development and delivery of HR functionality of NT People, the NT’s workforce system.  You will ensure a high level of customer service and work closely with the Payroll Team.

You will also lead on data and reporting both internally and externally.  You will develop the provision of accessible and understandable HR related data to the People team and wider organisation.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• CIPD Level 5 Diploma qualification or equivalent experience.

We are looking for a creative, positive, organised and collaborative marketing and communications professional to join our ambitious and supportive team. You will play a pivotal role working with colleagues across the organisation to build meaningful engagement across various audiences, both internally and externally – from our staff team to policy makers and employers. You will build a detailed working knowledge of our core audiences and work in partnership across Youth Futures to ensure we are creating content and communications plans that meet our audiences’ as well as organisational needs. You will play a key role in ensuring Youth Futures’ voice is clear and consistent across our channels, with evidence brought to life through real life story telling that is effective in engaging and influencing our target audiences. 

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Youth Futures’ long-term strategic development as we develop our next three-year corporate strategy, and to help ensure that through effective, audience focused content and channels, we can best serve young people from marginalised backgrounds now and in the future. 

This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds.  We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person with professional expertise to establish connections in the local community and play a pivotal role in animal welfare.

You will have fun meeting new people, helping to recruit new volunteers and organising, and attending local fundraising events. Be a part of the drive to improve animal welfare throughout the Chiltern.

The Branch Manager will manage the business activities associated with the Branch, per the Society’s rules and on behalf of the Branch Trustees. The Branch Manager will work alongside the Animal Care Coordinator in maintaining RSPCA Welfare standards and recruiting fosterers.

General Management

• Undertake all admin duties as defined by the Trustees.
• Responsible for the recruitment of animal fosterers and volunteers, alongside the Animal Care Coordinator.
• Create and implement an animal welfare awareness programme for children under 10.
• Attend Branch Trustee meetings and present relevant information (1 evening a month).
• Maintain all electronic platforms and social media.
• Ensure staff and volunteers are aware of and adhere to the Branch and National Society policies, procedures and rules.
• To facilitate the employment, deployment, appraisal, training and discipline of staff.
• Ensure that training needs are identified and brought to the Branch Trustees’ attention.
• Ensure that Branch staff have current job descriptions and are aware of their responsibilities.
• To establish local volunteer groups to support with their own fundraising and events, offering them advice and support.
• To have overall responsibility of the Branch charity shop.
• As required, organise and run key fundraising and/or Public Relations events in the Branch Calendar.
• Attend key sub-committee meetings as appropriate or nominate a representative.
• Discover and maintain various grants and responsible for creating and running fundraising events.

Communication

• Responsible for effective and appropriate communication with all Branch employees and volunteers on matters concerning the Branch and Society.
• To ensure effective and appropriate communication between Branch, the Region and National Headquarters.

• Responsible for ‘Public Relations’ of the Branch, using a range of media to promote a positive image of the Branch.

• Responsible for the coordination of guest speakers and visits to schools and local community groups on behalf of the Branch Trustees.

• Responsible for coordinating visits to the Branch and Animal Centre.

 Health and Safety

• Responsible for all safety-related issues, including the ‘Health and Safety at Work’ Act, COSHH regulations, fire prevention, first aid at work and Trading Standards legislation and that the Branch is fully compliant.

• Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with Health and Safety requirements.
