Job description

The Coaching Assistant at Camden Disability Action (CDA) will support blind and partially sighted people to become Leaders. This position involves providing coaching, accessibility and practical support, to enable leaders to create positive change within the community.

At CDA, we believe in the power of lived experience and are committed to investing in Disabled leaders. Our vision is to create a community, led by Disabled people, where power sharing happens, and Disabled leaders are central in shaping the community's direction and so that real change happens.

This role is reserved for a disabled person with lived experience of visual impairment.
