The Successful Candidate
You will be experienced in a professional kitchen, with excellent communication skills. You should hold a current basic food hygiene certificate and a recognised catering qualification (or willing to undertake this).

Fundraising Database Manager
Permanent, Part-time, (3 days a week, 0.6 FTE)
London (N5) – 2 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday).
£40,000-£45,000 FTE
The Fundraising Database Manager reports to the Chief Executive and will be responsible for managing the charity’s CRM (Donorfy) and work with colleagues to ensure the smooth operational delivery of fundraising processes and activities.
The role will lead on supporter data management and income administration, ensuring accurate and GDPR-compliant records. This includes maintaining supporter and beneficiary databases, managing integrations between systems (including Donorfy, mondayDB and third-party platforms).
You will oversee donation processing and income reconciliation across all fundraising streams, including Gift Aid management, Stripe integration and monthly reconciliations with Finance. You will support effective donor stewardship, alongside collaboration with fundraising team. You will deliver data extraction, reporting and analysis, producing regular income reports, KPI dashboards, forecasts and campaign analysis to support strategic decision-making. You will provide targeted data sets for fundraising and marketing activity, track performance, and support income planning.
You will also support events and campaigns, manage event data, registrations, sponsorship tracking and reporting, including imports from platforms such as JustGiving. Alongside this, you will ensure robust compliance, risk management and due diligence, managing consent, data retention, audits and compliant prospect research. Finally, you will play a key role in operations and stewardship, supporting major donor, corporate and trust relationships through effective systems, templates and processes, managing pipelines and moves management, and embedding fundraising best practice across the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of managing a CRM, either in fundraising or in a business using client and customer data. You will be a problem-solver, with experience of identifying and delivering on improvements for operational systems and processes.
You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders and influence at a senior level. You will have excellent IT skills, with experience of using data analytics tools within Microsoft and other software packages. You will have experience of developing and successfully embedding efficient operational processes. You will have a robust understanding of data compliance including GDPR, PECR and the Fundraising Code of Practice. You will have a commitment to the wellbeing of children and to the organisation's vision and mission.
Desirably, you will have experience using Donorfy (CRM database) and/or PowerBi. Engagement Officer
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Engagement Team in Scotland. As this post will cover the Highlands of Scotland, ideally you will be based in that region.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
Position: S11331 Engagement Officer
Location: Home-based, Highlands of Scotland. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

The Role
Reporting to the Engagement Lead for Scotland, you will raise awareness of stroke and the support offers, engage with key stakeholders to gain a better understanding of the needs of stroke survivors in rural communities across the Highlands to develop a model of approach that can be utilised to reach more stroke survivors and their families across rural Scotland.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Raising awareness of universal services and resources with stroke survivors and carers.
- Working with both primary and secondary care healthcare professionals, ensuring they know what resources and services are available to signpost patients to, including our Helpline, telephone befriending, online community and activities.
- Listening to a wide network of stakeholders, including charities, healthcare professionals and community networks, to raise the profile of stroke and create a report on identified local needs.
- Gaining a better understanding of the best way to reach and support people affected by stroke in remote and rural communities, informing work nationally.
- Identifying and recruiting stroke survivors/carers who are willing to share their lived experience and act as Connectors.
- Helping Connectors set up and run novel support services (e.g café groups, cooking classes) in their local community.
About You
You will have experience of:

Caxton Youth Organisation:
Caxton Youth Organisation is the only specialist youth club of its kind for learning disabled and autistic young people in Westminster aged 11 to 25. There is nowhere quite like Caxton Youth Club; that’s what the young people we work with and their families tell us, and we passionately believe it too.
Caxton has been around for 77 years, quite something for a small but mighty charity, and our longevity says so much about the importance of the services we provide to ensure young people with disabilities in Westminster are able to advance in their personal development, develop a sense of belonging in our community, and lead independent and fulfilling lives.
The majority of our work is delivered at our dedicated youth club in South Westminster. Our youth work team focus on young people’s social and emotional wellbeing, independence, employability, creating community and opportunities, social action and health & getting active. All these topics are explored during weekly youth club sessions which take place in the evenings, and young people are supported to attend thanks to our very own Caxton minibus which collects and drops participants home across the borough.
