Marketing and Communications Officer
We are recruiting a Marketing and Communications Officer to champion and manage the PAPYRUS brand and support the delivery of our projects and services through data-driven campaigns, across email, organic social, and paid digital marketing channels.
What you will do:
Support the day to day running of social media platforms to promote our services, increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our audiences.
Act as the lead for paid social media and web campaigns, working closely with teams across the charity to fulfil individual campaign goals.
Work with different advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads to promote PAPYRUS services to new audiences.
Produce regular campaign reports using analytical tools to optimise and inform activity on other channels.
Monitor the impact of marketing campaigns to identify and recognise trends within the data to inform future campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience of working in marketing and communications;
Proven track record of utilising a data-driven and goal-oriented approach to produce effective multichannel marketing campaigns;
Experience of working with different advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads;

Working within the Individual Giving team, your role is to manage and support the delivery of supporter-centric fundraising appeals which will recruit, retain or develop supporters. This exciting pilot is a new approach to preventing rough sleeping, through the provision of accommodation with onsite specialist move-on support to those who are at immediate risk of sleeping rough. The service will provide a route and support for single homeless clients who are presenting to the Local Authority Housing Options or day centres and at imminent risk of rough sleeping, but not yet rough sleeping.
Where their homelessness cannot be prevented by the council and they are at imminent risk of sleeping rough, a referral can be made into the Rough Sleeping Prevention service.
The service will be based across three London locations in Islington, Lambeth and Kensington and Chelsea and staff will be based expected to work across all three sites
- Work on 7 day rolling rota inclusing early, mid and late shifts
- (K&C): medium – high support accommodation.
- (Lambeth): medium support accommodation.
- (Islington): Assessment hub space for up to 15 clients. Site will operate 24/7.
Each site will have staff delivering casework and support, providing each person with a comprehensive assessment of their needs and circumstances, and intensive specialist support to secure move on.
In this role you will jointly manage the safe day to day running of the project with other members of the team and to provide basic support and advice to clients.

JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the Finance team with the day-to-day financial activities of International Medical Corps UK in ensuring appropriate finance management, accounting, control and reporting. The UK finance team, work in close collaboration with the finance team of our affiliate International Medical Corps based in LA and Split.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Appropriate and timely processing of accounts payable function;
• Responding to payment requests using BACS and international transfers as appropriate
• Timely disbursement of staff expenses;
• Set-up payments in the bank account in relation to UK suppliers and employees;
• Prepare vouchers for Foreign exchange transfers;
• Tracing foreign exchange settlements and flag outstanding settlements;

- Proficient in using data analysis tools in excel for reports etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Package;

The role
We have experienced an exponential growth in income from public fundraising leading to an increased awareness of fuel poverty. TreeHouse School is a happy and vibrant community where autistic children and young people learn and flourish. Currently, we have 100 pupils on roll aged 4- 19 years old. We provide children with the specialist, intensive and integrated support to enable them to learn, thrive and achieve. All pupils have a Primary diagnosis of autism with some that also have additional complex needs. TreeHouse School was inspected by Ofsted in 2023 and found to be "Outstanding" in all areas. We adopt a person-centred approach which ensures that the voice of the young person is at the centre of all we do.
In this role, you will be working on a 1:1 basis with our autistic learners assisting them both academically and practically teaching key life skills.

We are looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to help us manage all of the admin and processes involved with our fundraising activity. This is a new role which is going to be integral to our work. We are a small, dynamic team, so there is also plenty of scope to get involved with other things and gain an insight into all areas of the charity, with opportunities for growth and development.
We’re growing quickly so we’re looking for an individual who has a hands on approach and a can do attitude!
About the role
As Fundraising Coordinator you will:
- Manage incoming fundraising leads across fundraiser recruitment
- Manage individual fundraising comms from sign up to challenge completion (with support from Marketing and Fundraising Manager)
- Manage individual donor and major donor comms where relevant
- Manage the admin for our Community Fundraising projects (e.g. our 34k Challenge)
- Regularly update our Grant Prospecting database and stay on top of new opportunities and upcoming deadlines
- Maintain our fundraising events calendar
- Produce regular reports from our fundraising platforms (JustGiving, Enthuse, Donr etc.)
- Support social media asset creation for fundraising projects
- Complete research tasks for fundraising event logistics
- Complete reports on fundraising event analysis
- Process and fulfil merchandise orders and manage customer queries
- Stay up-to-date with fundraising trends in the sector
About you
