The role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in collaborating across teams to support the Executive Director and senior leadership team to become more effective and strategic in their work. They will provide support to the leadership and governance of the organisation, working closely with the Executive Director, Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, Director of Finance and Operations and other team members as required to provide high-quality administrative and communications support to the organisation. The Executive Administrator will build strong relationships across GGF’s global team. The Executive Administrator will perform key support and clerical functions - preparing correspondence, research and briefings, handling confidential information, and taking notes at meetings. The successful applicant will have significant relevant experience in a similar role in a charitable, environmental, development, and/or grant-making organisation. They demonstrate knowledge and experience in charity/nonprofit administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They have experience dealing with administrative processes and office administration, especially in a non-profit, remote organisation. They will have skills to give, receive and work with feedback constructively. They must be meticulous with exceptionally strong follow-up and follow-through skills and have the ability to work under high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines. They should have excellent interpersonal understanding, relationship building, and interpersonal skills to build strong alliances with diverse constituencies with experience working with diverse communities from multiple identities across the globe, in a virtual environment.
They also thrive in a virtual environment, motivated to take on challenges and collaboratively find innovative and creative solutions.
English fluency is a must.

AAUK are seeking an experienced CO-CEO Office Liaison and Internal Communications Lead. This role is responsible for running the office of the Co-CEOs, internal communication and engagement activities across ActionAid UK. About the position
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong belief in the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion in helping to build high performing teams within the international anti-slavery sector. You will be leading a small HR team and will be responsible for developing and delivering an effective HR strategy across the global organisation. You will be based in the Freedom Fund’s central London office and be working to support staff across the UK, the US, Brazil, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Nepal, Liberia, Nigeria, Myanmar and Indonesia – and other countries as and when our programmatic footprint grows further. The Freedom Fund currently has 47 staff based in the London office and 36 staff in our other global locations. Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver an HR strategy in collaboration with SLT that supports the organisation to deliver on its overall strategy as well as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion vision and action plan.
• Monitor staff engagement and retention (including through an annual staff survey) and work with managers to continuously improve the Freedom Fund as a place to work.

What we are looking for in you

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans as part of the Supporter Engagement and Giving team. Over the past two years, Sustrans has been successfully diversifying its supporter engagement and fundraising programme, with innovation at its heart.
As the Supporter Engagement and Giving Manager, you will be responsible for generating and increasing sustainable income, leading donor engagement and acquisition efforts, as well as providing exceptional stewardship to existing individual supporters.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring the continuation of the programme and will play a key part in shaping and scaling our products to maximise our impact.

About the role
As The National Partnership Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development function for Scotland. You will manage a team of embedded Senior Project Officers working within the partner national organisations and delivering in partnership with a broad range of local stakeholders to develop and deliver local Active Travel Strategies, Visions and Plans.
You will work closely with colleagues to secure funding for our work, capturing and communicating the impacts of better places for people. You will ensure our for everyone values – to strengthen diversity and inclusion across the charity, whilst ensuring that a more systematic approach to the embedding of our ‘for everyone’ principles permeates through our work.
You will advocate for sustainable transport across the region, and you will use that platform to influence local decision makers, through engaging in policy and planning work, leading on communications, and contributing to a coordinated approach to business development opportunities in Scotland.
You will build and manage internal and external relationships with key people across governance tiers within national partner organizations. You will work with internal and external partners to build the team’s knowledge and capacity around inclusive programme design and delivery. In this respect, working to ensure that our partnership programmes are for everyone and do not have unintended consequences for disadvantaged population groups.
This role will require travel and work at locations as necessary to undertake projects on behalf of Sustrans.
About you
You should be an experienced leader, expert at developing and maintaining relationships at senior levels in a variety of sectors e.g. National organizations, Local Authority, business and industry bodies. Women and Girls Network (WGN) was established in 1987 and has spent over 30 years supporting women and girls across London affected by gendered violence. This includes childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence, rape, prostitution (including trafficking and sexual exploitation), female genital mutilation (FGM), and so-called 'honour' based crimes such as forced marriage.
Our goal is to promote, preserve, and restore the mental health and wellbeing of women and girls, to empower them to make a total and sustainable recovery from the experiences of violence. To support this work, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead and manage our multidisciplinary Rape Crisis Services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working at senior leadership level and of managing a range of services as well as a multidisciplinary staff team.
