The Case Manager will proactively engage with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk through MARAC, providing one-to-one support to encourage engagement, promote attitudinal and behavioural change, and facilitate access to relevant support services. Working in partnership with agencies across each pilot area, the Case Manager will develop and coordinate tailored intervention plans that address identified risks and needs while increasing awareness of the impact of abusive behaviour.
Throughout the intervention, the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to assess and review risk, develop and implement safety plans, and improve outcomes for victims, children, and perpetrators.
The Case Manager will maintain responsibility for the delivery of long-term outcomes, supporting and monitoring sustained behaviour change for each service user.
