Job Title: Events Fundraiser
Salary: £31,245-£35,678, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)

Main Duties:
- Lead exciting fundraising events to boost income and awareness.
- Secure sponsorships and partnerships like a pro.
- Analyse event performance for maximum impact.
- Build a dedicated team of donors and volunteers.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Fundraising for success.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' event fundraising experience.
- Expertise in event management and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Raisers Edge preferred).
- Passion for the care sector and GDPR compliance.
Desirable Skills:
- Project management or event planning qualifications.
- Experience in volunteer management and donor relations.
