Duties and key responsibilities:
Content development:
- Work with the Information and Content Manager to research, write, edit and produce new information materials including print publications, web pages, videos, etc.
- Work in line with Sarcoma UK’s information production process, including:
- Liaise with clinical experts and patient reviewers throughout the content development process
- Maintain formal systems within the information production process in line with the PIF tick quality mark
- Ensure all new content meets clinical standards, brand guidelines, plain English principles, and accessibility requirements.
Content updates & maintenance:
- Continuously review and update existing print and digital information resources to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a structured review schedule to keep materials current as per the PIF quality mark.
- Manage a comprehensive database to track all information resources and versions.
Content promotion & distribution:
- Work with colleagues to create promotional content for Sarcoma UK's information resources across multiple channels.
- Utilise social media platforms to extend reach and engagement with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal communications and digital teams on content publishing and marketing.
Administration & reporting:
- Collect metrics and provide regular reports on content performance, user engagement and feedback.
- Assist in developing evaluation methods to assess impact of information resources.
General:
- To support new work within the information team.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals, people affected by sarcoma, and staff members.
- To attend Sarcoma UK events and take part in Sarcoma UK’s wider work.

The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) is a membership organisation dedicated to supporting our members to improve the standard of medical practice across the fields of radiology and oncology. - Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage and plan current and future workload to ensure the team meets deadlines, provides an exceptional service and reaches service level agreements (SLAs).
- Develop comprehensive and presentable reports to support data-led decision making, renewals tracking, KPI targets or to provide insights.
- Management of budget lines assigned to operational activities to ensure favourable terms are achieved.

Administration
You will support the whole organisation with a range of administrative tasks which will include:
· Completing minutes for key meetings.

Cover Support
You will provide cover on the front of desks of both our sites: Cancer Support Centre, Northumberland Road and our Charity Hub, Whitham Road which will include:
· Meeting and greeting visitors including supporters and patients and acting as their first point of contact for any queries.
· Dealing with telephone, email and postal enquiries across the organisation
· During cover period, you may be required to open and close the patient spaces, as part of a wider team rota.
· Booking in and logging patients onto the relevant records and databases to provide accurate data.
· Sending appointment reminder calls/texts/letters to clients as required
· Co-ordinating the Transport service, including supporting and co-ordinating the volunteer drivers.
· Managing the consumables within this patient space and ordering replacement stock as and when required.

What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our high performing Events and Community Team. The team are driven to maximise opportunities, we aim to reach ambitious targets and provide an excellent supporter experience.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:
- Our own events (e.g. March for Men)
- Virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)

You’ll be supporting our third-party events programme and be our first point of contact for our fundraisers. You'll provide admin support for our registration processes and support fundraisers through telephone, email, and social media channels. This role works with data through maintaining our Raiser’s Edge database. You'll also update records on JustGiving and Enthuse. This requires accuracy and working under the requirements of GDPR.
You’ll also work with our Communications teams supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. This helps to raise the profile of our fundraising products, as well as prostate cancer and Prostate Cancer UK.

Colostomy UK is a national charity that offers support and advice to people who have had stoma surgery (ostomates) and to their friends, families and carers. Our projects empower ostomates to return to sports, hobbies and other activities after their surgery and give them the confidence to take on fresh challenges. About the role:
As the Volunteers and Support Administrator you will provide efficient administration to our support services and volunteer team. You will also undertake any admin duties involved with running the Colostomy UK office and support other members of the team. You will be answering and re-directing incoming calls on our stoma helpline. You will action calls that come through on our admin line and manage our central email inbox, ensuring requests are actioned promptly. The postholder will take minutes at meetings, ensure the office is kept tidy and co-ordinate stock delivery for events and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate for this position is organized, efficient, and reliable, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently. Sitting within BSR’s exciting External Affairs & Audit team the Clinical Audit Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the on-going work of the National Early Inflammatory Arthritis Audit (NEIAA) to gather evidence and drive up the quality of care for patients living with inflammatory arthritis. With touch points across the Rheumatology community, the NHS and health regulators, the NEIAA project is an essential tool in achieving this part of our five-year strategy. The Role
The Senior Policy Officer will be involved in a variety of exciting policy work, including the development of three new sets of standards, the evaluation and development of the revalidation framework, stakeholder engagement, and work on the regulation of online pharmacy, amongst others. This is an important role that will provide the opportunity to develop policy skills and work on interesting programmes of work.
This is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements, where the team mostly works remotely and co-locates 1-2 days a month, or as required.

We are recruiting a Head of Security to ensure effective safety and security arrangements are in place for the UK EMT. Our new Head of Security will lead on strategic and operational management of safety and security for the UK EMT. You will design, draft and disseminate overarching safety and security plans and crisis management plans and attendant structures, and will advise Team Leaders in the field including deploying with large responses as required. It is a standalone role and you will be responsible for all areas of security management.
