As a Senior Events Manager you will:

• Line manage the Community and Events Executive
• Engage with local and large businesses and corporate bodies to actively engage them with challenge and community events
• Organise and secure sponsorship for special events such as the annual Gala Dinner, Supporters Thank You Evening, Christmas Carol Concert
• Work alongside the Communications Team as well as manage relationships with external designers, printers etc to create and produce a range of publicity materials
• Oversee the maintenance of contact with challenge participants in the lead-up to each event, providing fundraising advice and training support, as well as pre-event motivational activities/meetings. 

In order to be successful, you must have :

• Significant experience in Fundraising Events
• Line management experience
• Demonstrable experience leading Community, Challenge and Special events
• Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to supporting event participants
• Confident in talking to groups and attending events, speaking about the charity

Salary: £38,000-£43,000 per annum depending on experience

We are working in partnership with The Honeypot Children’s Charity, a UK charity who are looking for an experienced Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants to research, identify and deliver six figure level income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.

In the past 18 months, The Trusts have been developing new approaches to funding nature’s recovery from the private sector, utilising novel revenue approaches such as nutrient neutrality credits and the voluntary carbon market amongst others. They have developed finance mechanisms to sit alongside these revenue streams such as a philanthropic loan system. They now want to scale up this work to help The Trusts and others to scale nature’s recovery across Wales. They need to turn policy into strong principles that allows us to develop guidelines and templates to help the Trusts across Wales access green finance. 

Our client need dedicated expertise and capacity to work with the Trusts to bring this work into a coherent strategy, develop models and plans that build revenues for nature’s recovery allowing much greater investment. This post is designed to provide that expertise and capacity to work alongside those Trust staff that are already committed to developing these programmes.

Salary: £50K to £55K based on experience

Working Hours: 35 hrs (flexible working available)

The Role:

As a key player, you'll collaborate closely with, and deputise for, the Chief Executive, spearheading efforts to boost income growth and ensure sustainability through strategic business and partnership development.

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow income through corporate partnerships and the "Working with" membership programme.
• Research and cultivate relationships with potential partners across sectors including the NHS, independent healthcare providers, and corporations.
• Manage corporate partnerships, the membership programme, and new initiatives, collaborating with external partners.
• Align with the CEO and internal teams to achieve organisational objectives and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.

We are looking for a Major Donor Manager for an incredible animal welfare charity, to build and advance relationships with major donors and prospects, to solicit major gifts (5,000 and above), to support international programmes and campaigns.

This role can be London (hybrid) or remote, with international travel throughout Europe, as required.

The Role
Develop a strategy for international for major gifts fundraising
Manage and maintain a portfolio major gift donors and prospects, across international entities
Effectively steward donors and prospects
Develop personal engagement plans for donors, using knowledge and insights to plan appropriate communications

The Candidate
Demonstrable experience of major giving fundraising.
Strong knowledge of animal rights issues.
Proven ability to interact with donors in a professional and personable manner.
Adherence to a vegan lifestyle strongly preferred
