We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as a CRM Technical Lead. You will join us working 35 hours per week, on a 24-month fixed-term contract basis and will be based remotely. In return you will receive a salary of up to £48,444 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities of our CRM Technical Lead:
As our CRM Technical Lead you will be responsible for providing expertise on CRM software functionality, data management and IT business processes. You will ensure all assigned immediate development work, upgrades, and support requests are dealt with to agreed levels of service and customer satisfaction. Ultimately ensuring the non-functional requirements are delivered and supporting the delivery of functional requirements whilst supporting and assisting with other staff within the IT Applications team and across the IT department.
What we’re looking for in our CRM Technical Lead:
- Recent or current knowledge and experience (within last three years) in dynamics 365 implementation as a technical lead, CRM and fundraising - essential
- Experience in product ownership/leading CRM replacement projects or large process change - essential
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, dealing confidently and persuasively with stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to deal with all departments across the organisation
- Good knowledge and understanding of IT concepts and architectures and implementing and delivering IT services
- Organised with good planning skills
- Understanding of cloud hosting services

The Integrations & Imports Team manage a wide range of data sources which feed into our CRM (currently The Raiser’s Edge). We also help to ensure data quality pre- and post-import as well as resolving causes of errors.
About the Role
The Integrations & Imports Team handles large volumes of incoming supporter data which is vital for our fundraising, campaigning, and volunteering activities. Due to internal opportunities, we are seeking a fixed term Senior Imports Officer to work in a very varied role to:
- Help the Team ensure seamless and timely delivery of high-quality data
- Spot and fix data problems
- Help check and clean data
- Maintain existing and develop new imports as required
- Work with and support colleagues within the Team and in other stakeholder teams across Crisis

IT

As a Youth Tech Abuse Lead you will provide specialist support to Refuge’s children support workers and frontline staff to ensure children, young people, and protective parents are using technology safely and positively in our refuges. You will increase understanding and awareness of your colleagues on tech-facilitated abuse and how to identify and respond to risks. ABOUT YOU
Ideally, we would like someone with an interest in IT and have undertaken relevant IT qualifications, ideally at NVQ Level 3 or 4 although we will consider applications from those willing to work towards this.

OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day management of the service desk system.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support requests and take ownership of end-user requests.

- Undertake scheduled maintenance to ensure all computers are patched with important software and system updates.
- Administer Microsoft 365 admin centres, software systems, operating systems, applications, directory services, and any other updates and additional tasks related to system administration.

- Engage with staff to understand their needs and support our employees in the use of computer systems and applications.

KEY CRITERIA
What we are looking for:
- Appropriate academic/professional qualification: Minimum of GCSE, BTEC, and/or A-Level qualification in IT, English and Mathematics
- Experience of managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems – Windows 10/11
- Experience of administering and managing Microsoft 0365 admin centres
- Excellent problem-solving ability with a methodical and logical approach, able to work proactively to resolve challenges and mitigate further issues
- IT Proficiency at advanced level, ability to learn new software’s with ease and able to deliver training and support to others
What we would like, but not essential:
- Experience of working in first-, and second-line roles within agreed Service Level Agreements
- Experience in a similar support/service delivery environment, supporting with issues and incident management
- Additional professional Microsoft certifications
- Experience within a similar role in a similar sized and type of organisation

About the Team:
The WaterAid IT team is customer-facing with a remit for front-line service operations, cyber security, technology change and project delivery, in addition to the development and support of IT infrastructure and application services running across our global organisation. The team also has direct responsibility for 250+ staff working in the UK and provides services and support for WaterAid staff across 20+ countries.
About the Role:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities whilst creating a sense of teamwork by pulling together colleagues with differing skillsets and expertise.
- Implement processes for tracking procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of all IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses. This will require collaboration with our managed service provider.
- Act as the ITSM tool global administrator, assisting country program offices with maintenance, support, access, development of processes & training.
- Develop, update, and enforce IT policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards and organisational goals.
- Manage the IT departments hub on the internal intranet platform, ensuring that it provides up-to-date information, news, and resources to employees.
- Oversee the transition of completed IT projects from the internal IT operations team, with potential collaboration from 3rd parties to the MSP service delivery team.
- Collaborate with the finance department to code, integrate, and maintain IT-related financial transactions in the organisation's financial systems ensuring accurate allocation of costs, budgets, and expenses related to IT operations.
- Provide oversight and leadership to the Global IT Operations team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered that meets the needs of the stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a centralised knowledge base repository containing technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, best practices, and user manuals.
- Ensure that IT policies are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders and are consistently followed.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error.
- Develop technical relationships with key suppliers and business partners.
- Ensure that project handover agreements are clearly defined, detailing responsibilities, documentation, support processes, and timelines.
- Develop and manage the IT operations budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Organise the establishment and configuring of training resources for global IT staff as required.
About You:
- Proven experience in IT Service Management.
- Effective leadership and team management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of ITIL framework and practices to ensure effective IT operations.
- Experience of working in technical teams delivering complex solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills and experience of liaising with senior stakeholders to deliver activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

Join Dementia UK as a Gift Processing Officer helping to establish an excellent level of financial processing that will underpin the growth in fundraising activity across a range of income streams.
Working within the supporter care team you will be responsible for processing a high volume of donations. You will have high computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
