Care to Dance is looking for a passionate, highly organised and relationship-focused Programme Manager to lead our programmes across the Midlands and North.
You’ll work closely with our dance teachers, social workers, local authority partners, carers and communities to make sure our programmes are consistent and high-quality. You’ll support our team, build strong partnerships and help create more opportunities for care-experienced young people to belong, express themselves and thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, values-led charity and play an important role in shaping and strengthening our work across the region.
Must be based in Midlands or North East.
