Bow Church is looking for an organised, proactive and relational Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day life, ministry and mission of our church community.
Bow Church is a vibrant community seeking out the abundant life of following Jesus, encountering the Spirit and growing in the Bible – and helping others in Bow to come, belong, serve, give and grow within that story.
Working closely with the Rector and other leaders, you’ll coordinate the practical rhythms of church life, maintain the systems, communication and organisation that enable the life of the church to flourish, help oversee our buildings, events and governance, and support volunteers, ministry leaders and staff.
This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who enjoys helping people, systems and activities work well together. You’ll need strong organisational and interpersonal skills, good judgement and the ability to move confidently between practical administration, relationship-building and day-to-day problem-solving.
This is a permanent, flexible three-day-per-week role (21 hours), including some Sundays and occasional evenings as part of the normal rhythm of church life. Salary: £19,200–£21,600 per annum (£32,000–£36,000 FTE), depending on experience.

Green New Deal Rising is looking for a creative and strategic Organiser to build and grow our volunteer movement, activating and training people to deliver bold, people-powered campaigns that shift the political agenda.
Green New Deal Rising is building a movement of young people from every part of the UK to fight for a response to the climate crisis that transforms our economy to deliver a safe climate and a fairer society. We believe in people power, and through a combination of disrupting the political system and organising in our communities, we are working to make the Green New Deal an era-defining political demand.
As part of our multi-year strategy, we have ambitious plans to mobilise young people, disrupt politics, and force this government, and those that follow, to deliver transformative change. Organising will be central to this: activating and training volunteers, growing our local and national teams, and converting people power into political concessions.
You will design and deliver impactful volunteer pathways and training, both digitally and on the ground, and support our movement to do the same. You will be a creative thinker with strong people and coaching skills, good political judgement, and a desire to build a movement capable of winning real change.
We're a small, agile team, and we all pitch in where needed across our campaigns and organising work. You'll own real responsibility early on, contribute to shaping our direction, and watch your work make an immediate impact.
We’re young people fighting for climate justice and a Green New Deal.
