While this role will work across all CAZK projects the majority of time will be spent on 'Healing Arts for All' (HAFA), a large-scale, three-year heritage project that will engage Pendle's diverse communities in a wide range of activities including photography, textiles, film, sculpture, sound walks etc.

Principle Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and the team, you will lead on developing and managing creative art programmes, projects, activities, and events.

• Maintain and develop relationships among key partner organisations,local businesses, creatives, and host steering group meetings to develop new ideas and plans to progress and enhance the organisation, building communication and providing regular feedback. 

• Work with the CEO to develop annual organisational and project budgets, and manage ongoing programme budgets to ensure they are delivered as agreed within set budgets and timescales. 

• Research, implement and monitor programme and project plans, liaising with collaborators, partners, the community and artists. 

• Produce reports to ensure that relevant stakeholders are fully and consistently informed and updated about the progress of creative projects. 

• Determine and monitor the human and physical resources needed for the programmes/projects and ensure that they are available at the appropriate time. 

• Ensure effective marketing and publicity for programmes and projects. 

• Day to day project and personnel management, including staff and artists’ contracts, and project risk assessments. 

• Attend events, projects, and meetings on behalf of Community Arts by ZK, where appropriate. 

• Prepare and submit prompt reports, planning documents and information required by funders/clients with regards to service level agreements and any other contractual/grant funded obligations. 

• Ensure appropriate systems are in place for monitoring information required by funders and to ensure that all contracted staff are fully briefed as to their responsibilities in respect of monitoring information. 

• Maintain and update internal databases in order that data integrity is maintained and information is consistent across the data platforms. 

• Monitor and assess available funding opportunities, and work alongside the CEOto submit funding applications and tender submissions. 

• Develop new partnerships across Lancashire and Pendle to maximise existing and potential funding/tender opportunities

• General Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the update of Community Arts by ZK policies and procedures in line with best practice.

CST Client Advisor

Role:

As a CST Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients transitioning from military to civilian life by providing tracking, referral, and job matching services. Working closely with the CST team, you will offer advice and guidance to both clients and employers, utilising ADAPT and the CTP jobs board (RightJob). This role requires a dedicated individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for supporting others.

Reporting to the CST Team Leader and Support Centre Manager, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our office through your dedication and customer service skills.

Community Advice Works is an established community charity based in New Cross in South
East London. As the only charity in the London Borough of Lewisham offering a general
drop-in advice service, we are a critical source of support to vulnerable residents. We have
built a strong reputation within the Borough for providing high quality, independent, person-
centred welfare and housing advice. The organisation employs several part-time staff and

We’re looking for a bold and caring person to lead and develop Lancashire Mind’s Wellbeing Coaching service and mobilise a pilot of therapeutic services; a new service for Lancashire Mind.

Along with managing the rollout of Lancashire Mind’s therapeutic services, you will manage several coaching focussed projects. Do you want to be responsible for organising and facilitating our schedule of Independent Living Skills programmes across Share?

We are looking for an Independent Living Skill Coordinator to line manage and support the delivery of the Independent Living Skills programme including Out and About, Home Cooking Skills and My Life, My Way. You will work with the Independent Living Skills and Creative Programmes Manager to ensure we deliver a creative programme which maximises the potential of our students, makes best use of Share resources and local partnerships, and supports students to develop the skills to live more independent fulfilling lives.

Share is a registered charity and a centre for training and wellbeing. We provide a range of programmes helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and other support needs become more happy, healthy, and independent. Main responsibilities 

• You’ll manage the delivery of our Independent Living Skills programmes across our sites, looking to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard 
• You will ensure all Independent Living Skills programmes are comprehensive, impacting students beyond the classroom, including exploring the opportunities for delivery in the community and home setting 
• You will line manage the Independent Living Skills Tutors and ensure they have adequate resources to deliver sessions 
• You will work with tutors to meet organisational strategic goals with a focus on activities which support progression on the Outcomes Star 

Who we’re looking for 

• You have experience in planning and coordinating inclusive activities with a focus on supporting independent activities 
• You have experience in coordinating, planning and delivering sessions for adults that enable people to acquire new skills, both social and practical 
• You have experience of identifying, building and maintaining positive relationships with a wide range of individuals, partner organisations, support networks and agencies on behalf of clients 
• Most importantly, you’re passionate about helping disabled people enjoy more autonomy and you understand how to make this happen

Resource Futures’ roots are in community impact and our community projects inspire individuals and communities to act on climate issues. The projects we deliver are many and varied, and all enable people to play their part in reducing waste and living more circular lives. In addition to strong outcomes related to sustainability, these projects build local connections and improve community resilience.

The Community Impact work at Resource Futures is an important part of our business; it captures a number of long-term projects which are at the heart of our company. What you will be doing

• Project delivery: Getting involved in project delivery, such as foundational research for project development and delivering workshops.
• Project management: Overseeing the effective delivery of projects, including reporting, and supporting the planning and set up of new projects as they come online.
• Innovation and Development: Supporting us to improve and expand our projects and programmes. You will also assist in identifying new projects or funding opportunities and contribute to the preparation of funding proposals. This may involve exploring options for the governance structure of this area of work.
• Marketing and communications: Promoting our projects, developing our external communications and acting as an ambassador for our community work.
• Monitoring and evaluation: We are on a journey to better capture the impact of specific projects, and the impact that our community work has collectively. You will take an active role in supporting this element of our work.
• Partnership working: Collaboration is key to our approach. You will liaise with existing clients and partners for project delivery, develop new partnerships to further our aims and also take part in key networking and external events.
• Team development: You will work closely with the Community Impact Lead to contribute to the development of the team, during our team meetings and away days. You will be comfortable managing staff, teams and subcontractors to deliver desired outcomes.
• Day-to-day operations: Working closely with the Community Impact Lead, HR and Finance, to support our remote project teams, problem solve issues as they arise, develop our internal systems and processes, maximise efficiencies and drive improvements.

• A degree in a relevant subject with experience working in the field of Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs)
• Extensive knowledge of global health issues and an up-to-date familiarity with issues and practice in the international development sector
• Substantive experience in designing and leading research projects and of communicating research results to different audiences 
• An ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data using a range of different approaches and software and to present this information so that it may be easily interpreted by different users and audiences
• Relevant, publication track record in peer reviewed journals/books, including as a lead author

This role is a reimagined role replacing the current job holder who has been in post for over 4 years and is moving on in their career. The incoming post holder will work within the 5 person UK’s Programme and Advocacy team and will lead, advise and support the team in relation to Lepra’s research and M& E profile.

In 2023 we underwent a strategic review and developed our new six year global strategy to re-establish our work into the future. We will be using our Centenary year in 2024 as a springboard to launch our new strategic period. Our new strategy will guide us in our efforts to accelerate progress towards global targets for leprosy and LF, and towards our vision of a world free from disability and discrimination.

The salary for this position is £28,723 (FTE £35,904) – Manager Level, part time (28 hours – 4 days per week). We have fully embraced flexible working and the role can be either fully remote, hybrid or fully based at our Colchester offices. The Head of Youth Engagement & Participation is a key senior leadership role at Peer Power Youth. Responsible for leading the youth engagement team (YET) across all aspects of safe and supported youth engagement (individual change) and ensuring youth voices contribute to tangible and meaningful system change (participation/system change).

It’s a great time to join Peer Power Youth! We have recently secured key funding to strengthen and develop the charity and deepen our impact for system change and positive change for young people. During 2024 we will be co-creating an ambitious new strategy and vision ahead for 2025 –2030. You can play a key role in shaping and delivering this with us as part of our valued community that spans young partners, trustees, advisory forum and our staff team.

Our model of youth engagement and participation has been co-created by young people and consists of:

• Personal development/Peer to Professional (life skills/training/work readiness) offer – creating Individual Change

• Youth Voice and Influence projects– creating tangible System Change

• Training, Coaching, and Workshops that are designed and delivered by young partners for professionals in justice, care and health settings. Along with resources to support System Change

Partnerships include NHS (regional and national), Youth Justice Board, Ministry of Justice/Youth Custody Service, HMI Probation, Youth Justice Services, youth and community organisations and secure settings. The Head of Youth Engagement and Participation will directly line manage 4-5 senior staff members but holds the overall responsibility for the Youth Engagement Team.

The Young Partners we engage and connect with, have experience of justice and care/looked after systems. We work across London and Southeast regions, with occasional national events. Our work takes place in the community and in secure settings (examples include -HMYOI Feltham, Oasis Restore Secure School, and Secure Children’s Homes).
