We’re looking for someone with  proven experience with Raiser's Edge, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication skills, and an  appetite for hands-on data-wrangling.

About the role 

You’ll be responsible for the ownership and effective management of our Raiser's Edge CRM platform. This role entails the management of campaign selections and data imports, along with a wider remit to contribute to our longer-term CRM strategy of migrating to Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.

You’ll manage and develop two team members, assume ownership of  our new data quality platform, and help drive greater focus on data integrity. 

What you’ll do:

• Combine hands-on technical skills with planning, resourcing and stakeholder management.
• Manage and support the import of data from  third party data suppliers.
• Manage and support the extraction and supply of data for marketing campaigns to agreed timelines
• Develop existing data management processes to identify improvements and implement them. 
• Leverage the PUK Data Quality platform to enhance data quality across the organisation, and help define and ensure data standards are applied at all times
• Identify, understand and address data quality issues at source, and define and implement data quality monitoring and management processes 

What you’ll bring:

• Hands on experience in the data lifecycle for campaign and marketing selections.
• Experience in developing and managing CRM data flows 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The role

You will be part of a small team providing close support (2 days) to the Managing Director and setting up and leading organisational and management systems for the wider office at the Peterborough Cultural Alliance (PCA) (3 days). The YWF Youth Voice Coordinator Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and lead YWF’s revamped youth engagement initiatives. Collaborating closely with our Youth Voice Consultant and the entire team, you will bring passion, creativity, professionalism and ambition to implement our youth voice plans. These plans are informed by a recent review and are supported by a theory of change.  Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying this work and the voices of young people involved with YWF through our social media platforms.

By directly overseeing interns engaged in YWF activities, you will gain valuable experience in staff development and play a crucial role in nurturing the next generation of youth leaders! Key roles and responsibilities

Youth Outreach and Recruitment

• Undertake outreach and recruitment efforts to attract a diverse group of young people from the YWF membership to participate in YWF's engagement initiatives (currently known as the Young Ambassadors) - working closely with members and key stakeholders to do so.
• Ensure these strategies and communication channels are youth-focussed, inclusive and accessible.

YWF Youth Engagement Strategy Development & Coordination

• Work closely with the Marketing & Engagement Manager to communicate the voices and work of young people within YWF through various social media platforms - including supporting young people to gather content.

Internship Oversight

• Support and coordinate YWF  interns - providing guidance, mentorship and direction to ensure effective program implementation - working to integrate and support interns within different areas of the team.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including young people, members, staff, volunteers and partner organisations to share best practices, support collaboration and drive forward impactful strategies.

Project Management

• Ensure clear documentation, processes, and policies are in place to support the efficiency and effectiveness of YWF youth engagement initiatives, including supporting the Youth Voice Consultant to develop role descriptions, session plans, and risk assessments and safeguarding.

Grant Making

• Support the Grants Manager in delivering a youth-led grants programme, led by a group of young grant makers

Senior Education Advisor – Education Technology/Climate Change and Education
As Senior Education Advisor, you will have a strong focus on our Basic Education technical support to a range of initiatives, opportunities and projects. This includes the development of foundational skills, systems strengthening, and the Nexus. It is also critical for the role that you design and develop robust, evidence based, theories of change and results frameworks, while also conceptualising, generating and producing research and evidence for learning.

Role: The Forces Employment Charity (FEC) is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Specialist Employment Consultant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate and coordinate employment case-working support for CTP (Assist), Service Leavers (SLs) and Veterans, up to 2 years post-discharge and job role reports to CTP (Assist) Manager. The goal is to assist them in finding appropriate and sustainable civilian employment or other suitable vocational outcomes.

The Role is based at MoD Personnel Recovery Centre (Catterick) / MoD Personnel Recovery Unit (PRU Catterick) and hybrid.

This part-time, permanent position involves a 28-hour work week and offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of Service Leavers (SLs) and Veterans.

The first round of interviews will be conducted face-to-face at Catterick PRC on 21st June 2024.

Principal Responsibilities:

​

• Deliver specialist vocational case-working support to allocated CTP (Assist) clients in order that they achieve their Preferred Vocational Outcomes (PVOs).
• Provide effective CTP (Assist) case working support using the CTP (Assist) Work instructions and database.
• As a member of the Recovery Units CTP (Assist) casework handling team, work with relevant MoD staff to deliver the employment aspects of CTP (Assist) Individual Recovery Plans (IRPs).
• Act as the CTP (Assist) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to PRU staff and local units, working alongside another SEC.
• Provide career, employment advice and guidance to allocated CTP (Assist) clients in accordance with their IRPs and Vocational Assessment (VA) provided under CTP.
• Coordinate CTP (Assist) client access to training opportunities, supporting their applications for additional training grants as necessary.
• Identify and source suitable Personnel on Recovery Duty (PRD) specific work based training and work experience opportunities within the geographical area in accordance with their IRPs. 
• Ensure all CTP (Assist) employment, training and vocational opportunities sourced are fed into the affiliated regional Employer Relationship Manager (ERM), thus ensuring a joined up and integrated CTP employer engagement approach.
• Delivery/Facilitation of SEC components of Recovery Transition Workshop courses and support CTW+/CRE courses as requested.
• Identify and subsequently engage with Training and Adult Education providers to identify opportunities that meet clients’ requirements in accordance with IRPs.

BACKGROUND

The Helen Bamber Foundation (HBF) is a pioneering Human Rights charity supporting refugees and asylum seekers who are the survivors of trafficking and torture, including gender-based and ‘honour-based’ violence. From our offices we provide specialist medical consultation, therapeutic care, legal protection and practical support to survivors of human rights violations by helping men, women and children heal the emotional and physical damage they have suffered through torture, trafficking or other forms of cruelty.  We also take the learning from our work to develop partnerships to increase survivors’ access to services, and use the learning generated by our clients and partners to drive system change.

Since August 2020, Asylum Aid has been part of the Helen Bamber Foundation Group. Asylum Aid operates as an independent charity, led by its own Executive Director within the group structure.  For over thirty years, Asylum Aid has been providing legal representation to some of the most vulnerable people seeking asylum. It has built an expert service, delivering vital and life-saving services in some of the most complex legal cases, with a particular speciality working with unaccompanied children, survivors of trafficking, torture or other forms of human cruelty, and stateless people. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As the facilities coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and well-functioning work environment in our building. You will be responsible for performing regular building safety and security checks, maintaining the office and ensuring the office is tidy each day you are present.  There is the possibility that this role will be increased to full time in the future.

HBF currently has an office in Camden and will be relocating to Old Street in September-October 2024.  And Asylum Aid has an office in Westminster which will be in use until at least the end of the year. Rethink Nature is a partnership of seven leading species conservation organisations whose aim is ‘to combine their extensive knowledge and experience to catalyse the action that species need across the four nations of the UK’.  We have received funding from Esmée Fairbairn Foundation to set up a Species Recovery Partnership for NI to strengthen and build the Rethink partnership in NI, and work with government, other eNGOs and key stakeholders to better deliver key outcomes for species. You will work on behalf of the Partnership but be managed by the Head of Species at RSPB NI, and will be responsible for managing the Partnership Administrator. You will also work closely with Rethink Nature UK's Species Advocacy Lead. The role holder can be based anywhere in the UK but will be expected to travel to Northern Ireland (Belfast) approximately once every two months.

What's the role about?

We are looking for a highly organised and passionate individual with a good working knowledge of priority species in NI, the mechanisms needed to deliver for them, and the ability to bring stakeholders together. You will be responsible for managing the project to sure that that the following key outcomes are delivered within budget and on time.

• A set of Species Recovery Principles for NI
• A cross-taxa list of highest priority species for NI and concise species action plans (cSAPs) for these species
• A 3-day facilitated workshop to agree on the prioritised list and how the cSAPs and the bid will be developed.
• A NI Species bid, similar to those in GB (Species on the Edge, Back from the Brink, Natur Am Byth), to deliver the critical actions outlined in the cSAPs. This would form the basis of a bid to NLHF for development and delivery funding for a NI species bid.
• A document outlining the key policy and legislative changes needed to deliver for species in Northern Ireland and associated advocacy to ensure it gains attention and influences change.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

• Demonstrable experience of developing and working in partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.
