Job description

Highly motivated, positive and experienced Administrator required for a small West London children’s charity, offering free counselling and therapy to children and families.

The candidate will be challenged by a demanding workload, undertaking and managing financial & administrative tasks supporting all areas of the charity, which need to be done with friendliness and patience.

You will need:

  • A sympathetic approach to vulnerable groups and a commitment to the aims of the charity
  • Excellent & proven secretarial / IT skills
  • To be highly numerate and comfortable with financial procedures
  • To manage and prioritise a varied workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Warm and friendly attitude as a first point of contact with clients.

The salary scale, dependent on experience is from £25,867 - £29,206 (including inner London weighting)

12 months fixed term contract (with possible renewal)
