We are seeking a dedicated and organised Wellbeing Worker to become a vital part of our Hospital to Home Team. We provide a highly valued service to unpaid family and friend carers where they or the person they care for are a patient in hospital. The team work across 5 Acute and 7 community hospitals serving the residents of West Sussex.
You will focus on and play a vital role in our Support at Home after Hospital (SaHaH) service, providing time-limited, information, emotional support and access to practical assistance to eligible carers following discharge, helping them feel confident and connected during the move home.
Alongside SaHaH, you’ll spend a limited portion of your week offering guidance to carers during their hospital journey—primarily via phone—working collaboratively with NHS staff and partner organisations to ensure carers are included and informed.
You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to take a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles and ensuring support for individuals navigating complex systems. You will be a natural communicator with excellent administrative skills and a strong attention to detail.

Key Role Summary
Carer Support at Home after Hospital: Following hospital discharge, provide support to carers for up to six weeks. Identify priorities and help to put in place services and support to assist the transition home.

Our uncompromisable support services are wide-ranging and bespoke to each family. We provide symptom management, end-of-life care, post-death care, short breaks, counselling, sibling support groups, music therapy, home visits and more.

The role:
We’re looking for a self-motivated, driven Individual Giving Legacy Fundraiser to lead and grow income from the Individual Giving portfolio by driving acquisition of new individual and mid-level donors, elevating end to end donor interactions and deepening relationships with existing supporters. You will be proactive in using data insights to inform campaign targeting, mid donor level strategy as well as monitoring agreed kpis.
A key focus is to grow Regular Giving through the development of compelling supporter packages and upgrade pathways, while also advancing legacy giving through targeted messaging and initiatives that build a sustainable pipeline of pledges and gifts for the future.
What You Will Do
Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for Regular Giving, including acquisition, retention, upgrade pathways, and mid-level donor development.
- Lead on the development and effective delivery of legacy messaging across channels, ensuring consistent and inspiring communication that builds awareness and drives pledges.
- Support strategic planning for Trusts & Grants, In Memory Giving, and Legacy awareness, ensuring alignment with overall fundraising goals.
Campaign & Product Delivery
- Lead the creation and delivery of Regular Giving and mid-level donor products, campaigns, and donor journeys.
- Develop and promote legacy giving initiatives, including Make a Will Month, seasonal appeals, and messaging that builds a pipeline of legacy pledges and gifts.
- Work with external suppliers (e.g. creative agencies, mailing houses) and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets and campaigns.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Marketing, Supporter Engagement, Commercial Insights and Finance teams to ensure integrated delivery and maximise supporter value and retention.
- Support fundraising events and initiatives as needed.
- Respond to supporter enquiries via mail, email, and phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Work positively and proactively with our volunteer supporters.

As Head of Philanthropy, you will:

About us
ZANE is a UK registered charity providing aid to some of the most destitute people in Zimbabwe. ZANE’s core work is supporting pensioners who, as a result of Zimbabwe’s economic collapse, have been left entirely dependent on charity. ZANE also funds a children’s clubfoot correction programme and education project in impoverished communities in Zimbabwe.
Who we’re looking for
ZANE: Zimbabwe A National Emergency is seeking a self-employed organised administrator with CRM experience to support the team in delivering outstanding stewardship to supporters.
Someone who has excellent attention to detail, previous database experience and is able to work both independently and as part of a team is required to provide admin support to our existing small team. Must be able to work year-round. A key part of the role is to shadow the existing team member responsible for the ZANE database.
What’s required
- Shadow the existing team to learn all aspects of ZANE’s database system and administration processes relating to donor stewardship. ZANE does not have an office, so this will be a combination of online and in-person at the individual’s place of work (home).
- Handling new Direct Debit payments.
- Responsible for dealing with legacy administration.
- Assist with the processing of incoming post. This includes cheques, charity vouchers, debit and credit cards and Direct Debits.
- Recording donations and keeping accurate data records of engagement on Harlequin, the charity’s CRM system.
- Attending weekly online and occasional in-person meetings. Assisting at fundraising events – this will require occasional travel to London and other locations.
- Admin duties such as printing thank you letters, filing, shredding, scanning and updating/maintaining spreadsheets.
- Any other duties that working as part of small busy team requires.
Requirements
- Organised, excellent attention to detail. Flexibility regarding hours.
- Previous CRM experience essential. Previous experience of data processing for a charity desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

About the Youth Endowment Fund
We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice.
In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them.
The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is a charity with a £200m endowment and a mission that matters. We exist to prevent children becoming involved in violence. Our mission is to find what works and build a movement to put it into practice. A big part of the movement that we need to build is in the world of youth justice. We need to inspire and connect with youth justice leaders across England and Wales to spread what works and make our country safer for some of our most vulnerable children. We are looking for someone to lead on making this happen.
Key Responsibilities
We are making good progress building the evidence of what works within and around youth justice to reduce violence. This year, in conjunction with the Centre for Justice Innovation, we published Diversion Practice Guidance and have recently launched our new self-evaluation tool for diversion practice (ORPIC). But the big risk is that we publish these resources and nothing changes. That’s where you come in.
Your role is to work out the best way to make this change happen by getting youth justice services (YJSs) and police forces to adopt evidence-based practice through our new change programme: the Whole Area Model (WAM). WAM helps police forces and youth justice services strengthen diversion practices by aligning their work with the 7 C’s:

Culture – A child-centred, pro-diversion ethos

Contact – Interactions are trauma-informed and maximise prevention and safeguarding opportunities

Custody – Considered use of police custody, prioritising alternatives and swift triage.

Criteria – Clear, consistent eligibility for diversion.

Supporting the delivery of the Whole Area Model through activities like:

Facilitating completions of diversion self-evaluations with youth justice services and police forces.

Hybrid Working

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a national charity to recruit for a Legacy Administration Manager in order to manage and administer legacy gifts. This is a pivotal role, ensuring legacy income is maximised, accurately recorded and received in a timely, compliant manner, while always honouring the wishes of legators with sensitivity and care.
Working with a high level of autonomy, you will oversee the legacy administration process end to end, building strong relationships with executors, solicitors and co-beneficiaries, and working closely with internal fundraising, finance and data teams. You will also play a key role in identifying and managing risk, resolving complex cases and maintaining best practice processes.
As a Legacy Administration Manager you will:
- Manage the full legacy administration process, from notification through to receipt of income
- Create and maintain accurate digital and physical legacy records
- Respond sensitively and promptly to all legacy related correspondence
- Review and approve estate accounts, questioning anomalies where appropriate
- Liaise with executors, solicitors and co-beneficiaries to progress estates and protect the charity’s entitlement
- Identify, escalate and help resolve complex, contentious or high-risk cases, working with legal advisers as needed
- Support and advise lay executors when required
- Follow up stalled or inactive cases to ensure progress
- Maintain and improve legacy administration policies, processes and compliance with relevant legislation and best practice

- Produce reports for Directors and Trustees on the legacy pipeline and contentious cases
- Work collaboratively with fundraising, finance and supporter data teams

To be successful, you must have experience:
- Proven experience of managing legacy gifts and estate administration
- Working knowledge of wills, probate, trusts and relevant charity law
- Awareness of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and related regulations
- Experience reviewing estate accounts and identifying issues or anomalies
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own workload and progress cases proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sensitive and empathetic approach
- Confidence assessing reputational, financial and legal risk
- Competence in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM or legacy management systems

What will you do?

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting people with lived mental health experience on their recovery journey by supporting them back into paid employment. Fundraising is vital to ensuring we can continue and grow this work, and partnerships play a key role in helping us achieve our ambitions.
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and relationship-driven Corporate and Community Fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team Thia role will focus primarily on developing and managing corporate parnerships, including sponsorship, employee fundraising, and wider business engagement. Alongside this, the role will support the growth of community fundrasing initiatives, helping to strengthen grassroots support and local engagement.
This role will contribute to the delivery of a combined corporate and community fundraising strategy, with a strong emphasis on partnership development, supporter stewardship, and income growth.
The successful candidate will have at least two years' experience in fundraising, with a strong preferance for corporate fundraising. The successful candidate will be part of the Fundraising team, with specific responsibility of development of Corporate and Community supporters.
