Who are we?

London Gypsies and Travellers (LGT) is an organisation that challenges social exclusion and discrimination, working for change in partnership with Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller people. We work with families across London Boroughs, including those living on council caravan sites, roadside camps, in bricks and mortar housing, and those experiencing homelessness.

Our Bright Futures programme offers mentoring and skills support to young Gypsy, Roma, and Traveller people aged 15–25 years. Through tailored one-to-one work, group activities and practical help, we support young people to build confidence, motivation and pride in their identity, while developing the tools they need to succeed in wider society.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Youth Project Worker to support the delivery of Bright Futures. This is a varied role that combines project coordination, outreach support, administration, and direct engagement with young people.

You’ll help keep the programme running smoothly behind the scenes while also building trusted relationships with partner services and young people and families, supporting communications, and contributing to learning and reflection.

What will the role involve?

As a Youth Project Worker, you will:

• Support the day-to-day administration of the mentoring and employability programme, including record-keeping and report preparation
• Help coordinate communications activities such as creating new material, WhatsApp updates, and social media
• Maintain and grow referral networks with employers, training providers, and community organisations
• Engage directly with young people and their families to raise awareness and encourage participation
• Hold a light caseload of mentees and support mentoring activities as needed
• Contribute to programme monitoring, evaluation, and learning

Contract Terms

Subject to a positive funding outcome and strong performance, we would aim to extend the contract at the earliest opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee office operations and procedures for The Conversation, including some limited support for Universal Impact;

• Work with the Chief Executive and Editor to ensure a safe, collegiate and healthy office environment

• Maintain office policies and procedures, updating documentation as needed

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.

Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.

As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.

As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.

As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!

• At least two years’ experience working for a charity in partnerships

Job Purpose

The finance team is a core part of our Operations Directorate, and although we’re a small team we have a huge impact on the effectiveness of our organisation. The team provides support and guidance to all staff members on how to process invoices, expenses, and generally manage their budgets effectively. The main purpose of the Finance Officer role is to provide key support to the finance team with our finance processes, supporting staff members across the organisation, helping with any queries on a day-to-day basis, as well as supporting our members and suppliers with queries. The Finance Officer ensures all financial transactions are processed in accordance with BSR’s procedures and processes and in line with data protection regulations. 

You don’t need to have worked in the charity sector previously. Continual professional development is vital for us as a team, and so we’re happy to support you if you’re interested in completing a professional finance qualification.

Main Responsibilities

Purchase Ledger 

• Receive all supplier invoices (including member expenses), checking correct finance codes with relevant nominal, department, project, VAT and fund codes are on all invoices, and that the necessary authorisation is present 
• Scan and file all finance related documents (e.g. bank statements)  
• Set up fortnightly supplier payment runs for review by the Finance Manager 

 Sales Ledger 

• Work with budget holders and project leads to produce sales invoices  
• Liaise with budget holders to ensure correct coding of all invoices (nominal, department, project, VAT, and fund codes) 
• Credit Control – dealing with customer queries and chasing for payments fortnightly 

Other Finance Responsibilities 

• Manage monthly credit card process including posting in Dext and reconciliation in Xero  
• Assist the Finance Manager with preparing for year end and audit fieldwork 
• Reconcile purchase ledger payments with the bank transactions 
• Run new starter finance inductions for budget holders and set up new staff on finance systems 
• Maintain process documents for all finance systems 
• Suggest and support relevant finance system and process improvements where identified 
• Be the first point of contact for finance systems and internal system integrations 

Payroll 

• Ensure new starters are processed by HR 
• Process leavers  
• Exported payroll reports and ensuring that they are filed in the correct place 
• Run the monthly payroll with Finance Manager 
• Submission of EPS and FPS to HMRC 

Committee Management 

•  Minute-taking for Finance & Risk Committee meetings 
• Administrative support relating to committee management

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Predominantly London based, working across multiple sites in the inner and outer London area. This role includes on site visits, including to some services which may not have step free access. There is also work from home available.

You will assess our current criminal justice services and ensure our new services align well to the success of our current services, leading and coordinating the end-to-end planning and implementation, leading on:

About you

We're looking for an experienced project manager with experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system and the services within it. You will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage the set up and running of new services. • Proven experience in project/programme management, ideally in public sector or voluntary sector
• Proven experience in delivering complex, multi-site projects which involve property, service mobilisation, and stakeholder engagement

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Challenge Events Team at Dementia UK, where you will help coordinate a portfolio of third-party challenge event activities, driving both participation and income for the organisation. You’ll manage our Ultra Challenge Series, of whom we are a Series Partner, our Skydiving program and our Berlin Marathon team.

As a Challenge Events Executive, you will leverage your knowledge and utilise data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and shape budget plans. You will be responsible for driving and delivering marketing plans with a focus on email and digital activity, as well as coordinating the production of marketing collateral to ensure excellent supporter experiences and efficient delivery.

You will also work with the Database and Supporter Care teams as well as Challenge Events Assistants to ensure that supporter data is collected and stored efficiently, so that supporters are thanked appropriately, and post-campaign analysis is comprehensive.
