Job Purpose
To oversee the day-to-day delivery of CQC registered high quality dignified residential care and support services promoting respect, equality and the independence of the people supported.
Principal Accountabilities

Role outline and purpose
Ensuring the delivery of The Trussell Trust’s vision to end the need for food banks in the UK by developing an in-depth understanding of Trussell Trust food banks in their area and using coaching and assist to build and hold productive relationships to:
· Develop and execute a strategic plan for reducing the need for food banks’ services locally.
· Work alongside local partners to increase public will for long-term solutions to end the need for food banks.
· Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders to assist evidenced-based policy change at a local level and feed into activity to drive policy and practice at UK wide and national levels.
Role responsibilities
· Assisting trustees, staff and volunteers within food banks to develop their plans to end the need for their services locally through the strategic key areas of operations, volunteering, data, participation, church engagement, governance and stability, financial inclusion, stakeholder engagement, local influencing, referral pathways and signposting.
· Assist food banks to operate in a safe, legal and dignified manner (through calls, visits, training, meeting facilitation and our risk management and self-assessment processes) and assist the facilitation of good practice within the network and wider organisation (through cluster meetings, regional forums, road shows, webinars, peer support and internal meetings).

We have 27 affiliated clubs who undertake a variety of different activities for young people. The Roles
The role of the Youth Worker is to be young person centred and to provide a nurturing, safe and supporting environment for the young people, building and maintaining positive relationships with them. You will be predominantly based at Partington Youth and Community Centre working with 9-16 year olds. Assist the Youth Activities Lead: work together with the team in planning and delivery of full programme of activities, including evening youth club sessions. Residentials: Attend weekend residentials and events at the GMYF’s outdoor pursuits centre and encourage the young people to get involved. Support and assist with the planning and delivery of off-site trips/activities and residentials at various locations.

About You
We are looking for candidates who believe in GMYF’s mission and are experienced in working with young people. We’re looking for a bold and caring person to lead and develop Lancashire Mind’s Wellbeing Coaching service and mobilise a pilot of therapeutic services; a new service for Lancashire Mind.

The team work within Cats Protection to identify issues and provide technical solutions, utilizing both off the shelf products or in-house developed solutions as required. Responsibilities of our Solution Developer:
As a Solution Developer you will be working on a number of exciting new projects as well as helping to support and upgrade existing applications. This role gives the post holder exposure to Cloud First development work and the opportunity to work with the latest technology.
Current projects include:
- Updating our Neutering Finance system to move from a paperbased system towards an electronic version
- Replacing our CRM, a system at the heart of many of our processes and data flows, and integrating it with a number of new and existing systems
- The redevelopment/migration of existing systems into fully cloud based systems.
What we’re looking for in our Solution Developer:
- Significant experience in software development using C# and TSQL or another development skill involving systems implementation
- Experience in functional and automated testing, producing test driven development
- Demonstratable knowledge of Azure Stack development, specifically around pipelines, functions, logic apps and service buses
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- The ability to apply specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete
