This is a highly influential role supporting more than 675 colleagues across 108 sites, with the opportunity to shape culture, leadership capability and people practice across one of the region's largest charities. You'll play a key role as we continue our growth journey and develop towards supporting 1,000 colleagues in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Employee Relations and Learning & Development team.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.
- Lead the ongoing development of the Ignite Training Academy.
- Partner with managers and leaders to build leadership capability and confidence.
- Shape and improve HR policies, processes and best practice.
- Analyse workforce trends and people data to drive decision-making.
- Support organisational growth, change and culture initiatives.
- Contribute to the delivery of One YMCA's People Strategy.

Due to the nature of the services provided, an enhanced DBS will be required, as will a full driving licence.
