About the role
As Supporter Led Fundraising Lead, you will be responsible for delivering impact through the strategic development and management of supporter-led fundraising income streams, including UK and international challenge events, committed fundraisers and individual fundraising initiatives.
This is a key leadership role within the Community Fundraising & Engagement team, suited to someone already operating at manager level who is ready to step into a senior leadership position. You will lead and coach a multidisciplinary team, working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing, data and communications to maximise income, engagement and lifetime value.
You will play a critical part in growing unrestricted income, strengthening supporter relationships and positioning Save the Children at the heart of local communities across the UK.
Importantly, this role offers real autonomy: there is no single blueprint for success. You will have the opportunity to shape and evolve supporter-led income streams, bring fresh thinking to challenge events and community fundraising, and put your own stamp on how we grow this portfolio.
In this role, you will:
• Lead the supporter-led fundraising squad, setting strategy and overseeing the planning and delivery of a portfolio of UK and international challenge events.
• Deliver ambitious fundraising targets by securing flexible income through high-quality events, stewardship and supporter experiences aligned to organisational impact goals.
• Identify and develop new supporter-led fundraising propositions to grow income, increase retention and build brand awareness across communities.
• Influence and collaborate with marketing, data and stakeholder teams to unlock new pipelines and opportunities for growth.
• Champion exceptional stewardship, equipping teams with the tools, insight and resources needed to build strong, lasting supporter relationships.
• Hold accountability for budgets, performance reporting, compliance, safeguarding, and health and safety across the supporter-led fundraising portfolio.

Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You may be required to work outside these hours as per service and organisational requirements, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays and forming part of the out of hours on call rota for managers.
About the Role
We are seeking a Family Service Manager to lead our flagship family service based in HMP Altcourse. This is an ideal opportunity if you are seeking a hands-on role within a prison setting, who is confident in working in complex environments and wants to create meaningful change within punitive systems. You will lead a multidisciplinary team who deliver high-quality, therapeutically informed, arts-based work with men in prison and their families. You will bring together creative group interventions, bespoke family counselling services, and day-to-day practical family support within a complex prison environment.
As the Family Service Manager, you will lead a team of Programme Co-Ordinator's, Facilitators, Family Counsellors, a Deputy Service Manager, and other appropriate staff. The team deliver programmes such as Fathers Inside and Man Up which have received national recognition and have been delivered nationally across custodial and community settings. The role requires leadership experience, managing a diverse team, with line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to the participants of our programmes and their families. You will work closely with prison and Sodexo colleagues, as well as other internal SIG teams to ensure innovative, safe, and compassionate service delivery.

- Previous experience in facilitation of group programmes and/or training to various groups, ideally in a similar setting (preferably within a creative setting)
- Experience of working with and engaging with diverse groups of people from varying backgrounds
- Demonstratable experience in leading a service/team in a similar capacity.
- Ability to provide high quality support and line management to staff.
- Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve KPI's
- Ability to promote the service externally to enhance reputation in the area and with partner organisations

We’re seeking a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about working in the homelessness sector and committed to helping people overcome complex life challenges. You will support a group of individuals facing multiple disadvantages including homelessness, substance misuse, mental and physical health issues, trauma, and possible involvement with the criminal justice system.
You’ll work closely with the Lived Experience Team, under the guidance of the Team Leader, and offer engaging activities designed to build confidence, skills, and lasting connections.

The Church of England Foundation for Educational Leadership was set up in 2017 with the mission to 'develop inspirational leaders who are called, connected, committed to deliver the Church of England vision for education'. Since then, it has operated a wide range of leadership development programmes, networks, research, conference and events, and published a range of key leadership resources to equip school leaders at every level to put their vision into practice.
Part of this provision has been as a very successful national provider of NPQ programmes. Beginning in 2017 with the delivery of NPQs for Headteachers, our suite of programmes has now expanded to include programmes for Specialist Teachers, Senior Leaders and also Executive Leaders. More recently, a partnership between the Church of England and the Catholic Education Service is also enabling programmes to be delivered more widely as together our school provision represents around 34% of the sector.
In 2025, the department will launch three new national programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, and Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL). These programmes respond to growing demand for high-quality, values-led professional learning and represent a significant expansion of our work across the education sector.
About the role
As Head of Flourishing Programmes, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery and expansion of our growing suite of values-led professional learning programmes: Flourishing Leaders, Flourishing Teachers, Flourishing ECTs (in partnership with UCL), and Leaders Like Us. These programmes are designed to support the flourishing of educators at every stage of their journey, with a strong emphasis on inclusion, vocation, and leadership development. You will oversee a dedicated team and work closely with internal colleagues, delivery partners, and national collaborators to ensure these programmes are impactful, inclusive, and sector-leading. About the Role

The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance to join our Senior Leadership Team at an exciting time of organisational development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior, influential role with strategic responsibility for quality, safeguarding, compliance, estates and continuous improvement across our national portfolio of services.
You will provide visible, values‑led leadership, ensuring that everything we do is safe, effective, person‑centred, financially sustainable and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership on quality improvement, compliance and continuous improvement across supported housing, estates and services
- Hold senior accountability for safeguarding governance, complaints and assurance frameworks
- Lead audit, inspection and review activity, ensuring consistently high standards and strong regulatory outcomes
- Embed a culture of quality, learning and improvement across multi‑site services
- Oversee property compliance, health & safety and estates management, ensuring safe and welcoming environments
- Use data, insight and digital systems to drive performance, manage risk and support innovation
- Act as the organisation’s senior lead with regulators, inspectors and professional bodies
- Work collaboratively with fellow Directors to deliver a joined‑up, high‑quality client journey
- Develop, coach and inspire senior leaders, fostering a high‑performing, values‑driven culture
About You
You will be a credible, values‑led leader with a strong background in regulated services and a passion for quality and safeguarding.
Essential experience and qualifications include:
- Senior leadership experience within supported housing, homelessness or a closely related regulated sector
- Proven success leading multi‑site services and senior operational leaders
- Strong track record in quality improvement, safeguarding, compliance and inspection readiness
- Sound financial and commercial awareness, including managing significant budgets and resources
- Lean Six Sigma qualification
- Level 5 Safeguarding qualification
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent)

NRC UK was established in 2020 with the main objective of strengthening the profile, outreach, and impact of the Norwegian Refugee Council as a humanitarian organisation in the United Kingdom. We work to leverage relationships with UK foundations, corporates and private philanthropists to secure funding that enables NRC to deliver its mission and improve the lives of people displaced by conflict. We also work to influence stakeholders and partners in the UK in order to influence their humanitarian policies and practices.
You are likely to be in the early stages of your career, interested and experienced in humanitarian work and ready to lend your hands-on organisational and administrative skills to to enable the advocacy and fundraising work of the UK Director, the Private Partnerships Special Adviser and the rest of the core team based in the London office.
You will bring enthusiasm and ability to work confidently and independently with guidance and supervision on a range of external-facing administrative tasks including communications, relationship management, note-taking and record-keeping, desk research & analysis and event organisation.
These tasks and responsibilities will support NRC UK in the implementation of our strategy and action plans on private fundraising and external engagement and will also provide support to the Director in delegated areas on a full range of activities in the UK including advocacy, institutional funding, strategic partnerships, compliance and office management.
Please note this role is offered at 80% of FTE (4 days per week).
Responsibilities
1. Support the Private Sector Partnerships Specialist Adviser (50%) and the UK Director (50%) to deliver on key tasks required in order to meet NRC UK’s private fundraising and broader objectives.
2. Provide administrative support to the Specialist Adviser on tasks necessary to meet fundraising targets, including communications and relationship management, prospect research, due diligence, meeting and event organisation.
3. Provide administrative support to the UK Director including communications, organising and attending both external and internal meetings and events, taking notes and minutes, research and analysis, document preparation and coordinating input into internal reports including the annual report.
4. Provide additional ad-hoc administrative support to the NRC UK team as required.
5. The Officer will be required to execute existing workplans and meet objectives and deadlines with oversight and support from Adviser and Director.
Qualifications
- 3 years of progressive professional experience (preferably within the UK Third Sector) in business development, advocacy, fundraising and/or general administrative duties
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Politics, Law, Communications, International Relations or a relevant field. Equivalent experience will be accepted instead of qualifications.
- Demonstrable experience in prospect research and ability to identify partnership opportunities based on criteria provided by NRC
- Demonstrable interest in humanitarian issues, with clear understanding of ethical and principled humanitarian approaches.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
