About the role
This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for managing and growing Centrepoints largest corporate partner- Nationwide. that delivers long-term, sustainable income and meaningful social impact.
You will lead the direct relationship with Nationwide and managing the internal governance structure supporting the partnership.
You will work closely with colleagues across the whole organisation to deliver on all aspects of the partnership to deliver mutual value for both Centrepoint and our corporate partner.
This role also includes leadership responsibility, providing direction, support and development to two line reportswithin the function.
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g. two days one week and three days the next). This will be adjusted accordingly for colleagues on different contracts.

- Managing Centrepoints largest strategic corporate partnership, ensuring excellent stewardship, delivery and renewal

- Working closely with senior internal stakeholders to lead the governance elements of the partnership

About the team
The New Business Manager role sits within Centrepoint’s high-performing Corporate New Business team, working closely alongside the Corporate Partnerships Management team.
The wider corporate function is made up of 11 colleagues, with four focused on new business acquisition and seven on partnership management. The team has secured significant income growth in recent years, including transformational, multi-year partnerships with organisations such as Nationwide (£3m p.a.), Newsquest (£4m strategic pro bono), Card Factory Foundation (£500k p.a.) and Citibank (£190k p.a.).
About the role
This is a high-impact and visible role at the heart of Centrepoint’s fundraising strategy. As New Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing new strategic corporate partnerships, with a focus on opportunities worth £100k–£1m, while also supporting the Senior New Business Manager on partnerships valued at £1m+.
You’ll manage a pipeline of warm and cold prospects, develop bold and creative partnership proposals, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure new partnerships are onboarded and transitioned seamlessly.
This role requires tenacity, creativity and the ability to work at pace in a target-driven environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves opening doors, building momentum and turning interest into long-term support. About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to initially grow our portfolio of corporate partners through business development, support the Senior Management Team with their existing corporate partners and then take on your own portfolio of corporate partners. About this role
The Philanthropy Manager will own an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors at five to six figure level and act as the day-to-day relationship manager within that portfolio.
The role plans and delivers cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activity to agreed KPIs, makes timely operational decisions within scope, and escalates risks/opportunities early.
The post holder contributes evidence and insight into team planning, supports senior colleagues on major/strategic accounts, and collaborates across teams to ensure high quality, inclusive delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage an assigned portfolio of prospects and donors at the five to six figure level, delivering agreed income and engagement targets.
- Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships within the portfolio, escalating strategic issues or risks promptly.

Role Overview
As the Youth Service Manager, you will lead KCBNA’s youth provision for young people within the KCBNA youth centre, King’s Cross and surrounding areas. You will oversee the delivery of funded programmes, develop new initiatives, and ensure high-quality workshops, training, and mentoring. This role also involves managing teams, budgets, safeguarding responsibilities, and building partnerships to support the charity’s mission of empowering young people and creating stronger communities.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management:
· Lead the design and delivery of KCBNA’s diverse range of youth provision.
· Ensure all evaluation reports required by the funder is completed in a timely manner liaising with the dedicated Grants officers.
· Develop and deliver engaging workshops, training sessions, and mentoring opportunities for young people.
· Ensure a seamless transition for young people.
· Take the lead on specific projects to grow and evolve youth work in line with the organisation’s strategy.
Team Leadership:

Safeguarding and Risk Management:

The Partnerships and Business Development Manager is responsible for securing and sustaining business and property support for The Fitzrovia Partnership, with a primary focus on ballot delivery and long-term levy payer engagement.
The role leads the practical management of the Camden and Westminster occupier ballots, voluntary membership, property forum and targeted engagement activity. It is delivery-focused and process-driven, ensuring that engagement activity is well planned, well recorded, and directly supports successful ballot outcomes.
Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, the postholder ensures engagement activity is aligned with wider messaging and campaigns, while retaining clear ownership of relationships, follow-up, and conversion.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Business and Property Engagement
· Lead direct engagement with levy-paying businesses and property owners through meetings, visits, calls, and structured follow-up.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring consistent and informed dialogue.
· Develop, lead and manage engagement plans for priority occupiers and property interests, with clear objectives and outcomes.
· Act as a first point of contact for ballot-related queries and engagement issues.
Ballot Management and Delivery
· Manage the end-to-end occupier ballot process, working with the billing authority to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines for the 2027 Camden and 2028 Westminster ballots.
· Maintain detailed ballot timetables, engagement trackers, and risk logs to support back-to-back ballots.
