About the role:
As the post-holder, you will be working in our Camden Women's Recovery Service hostel providing specialist interventions for a designated caseload and to the wider client group, via our in-house recovery programme.
Your role will be working intensively with the residents on their supports needs. The role of Complex Needs Project Worker is a specialist role, designed to work with people who may be more difficult to reach and establish working relationships with. As such, you will role model good practice for working with those who have experienced multiple disadvantage by adopting a trauma informed approach.
Within this setting, you will also work to establish a culture of co-production where residents are at the forefront of the work that is carried out, helping to promote autonomy and build individual confidence and interpersonal skills.
The rota for the post is earlies (8 am - 4 pm) and lates (2.30pm - 10.30pm).
About you:
- Previous experience of working with female rough sleepers or people with complex mental health, physical health or substance use support needs.
- An understanding of working with people using person-centred approaches and working collaboratively within a harm minimisation and recovery framework.
- A flexible, innovative and creative approach to working with a sometimes hard to engage and challenging client group, is also required.

Income recovery you will be responsible for recovery of accommodation charges from beginning to the end of the process.
Tenancy Support
- You will ensure the Association’s conditions of tenancy and licences are enforced.
- You will provide training and induction support to new starters, so they understand their role around housing management and tenancy creation including dual visits to provide additional training where issues are highlighted, or new staff need it.
- Supporting and advising on less complex anti-social behaviour to promote prevention and early intervention, and the correct recording and monitoring of cases.
Estate Management/Property Standards
- Though the Occupancy Sustainment Programme (or similar) deliver training to local teams’ duties on property standards including documentation and recording in systems, to include reporting a repair, completing monthly fire and health and safety checks and support they need to provide around gas compliance.
Support the team through training to help workers know how to access our policies and procedures around property standards including knowing how to report and escalate issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a refuge worker within a refuge service, supporting women and their children fleeing domestic abuse. Key Tasks
• To provide support services for Adult Carers including contact by telephone or email, appointments at the Centre, and other support services
• To carry out initial assessments (usually by phone) to ascertain support needs and with the carer develop an individual support plan

• To provide referral or signposting to other agencies that offer services from which carers will benefit and as identified with the carer as appropriate

The Bridge Project is a well-established, vibrant Charity with a dedicated team providing services to a broad range of people experiencing the effects of deprivation and health inequalities. We are now looking to recruit a permanent full-time Young Person’s Substance Misuse Worker to join our One80 team.
The One80 team provides early intervention and highly structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol misuse to young people. You will be a big part of a small team where everyone takes a flexible and collaborative approach to work and is committed to improving outcomes for young people up to the age of 21 years, to promote recovery from substance misuse and to secure positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
We are looking for someone who has a relevant professional qualification with a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working with young people with alcohol/drug problems and/or working with young people/children with complex needs. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and able to manage your time effectively, working as part of the team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained, whilst applying your knowledge of the range of drug/alcohol related problems and their impact on young people, their families and the community. You will have experience of and the ability to liaise and build links with professionals from a variety of disciplines as well as knowledge of legislation, guidelines and procedures relating to children and young people.
You will be passionate about changing lives and what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our young people, as situations can sometimes be difficult and challenging so you will need to be non-judgemental, with a sensitive attitude and a good understanding of how to meet complex needs related to substance misuse.
The successful candidate will be able to work Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 09:30 to 17:30, Tuesdays 09:30 to 19:00 and Thursdays 09:30 to 16:00. There is also an element of flexibility around working hours required. It is essential that you have a driving licence with access to a vehicle to transport young people to appointments. A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check is also a requirement of the post.

Lincolnshire Crisis Service have two houses in the county, one in Boston and another in Lincoln, we provide a range of support for people with mental ill health and both work to a recovery model. We have been operating in the area for a number of years and offer a staffed service to our residents aged 18 and upwards. This role does require you to work varied hours as the service is 24/7 and may include some sleep in shifts, these are paid in addition.

Job Purpose:
To support visually impaired people to live independent and active lives by providing a range of activities and groups across the north and west of Oxfordshire.
Duties:
- Setting up and supporting peer-to-peer support groups
- Holding information days within local libraries, community centres and other key locations
- Setting up walking groups as part of our Green Walks Project
- Demonstrating and setting up daily living equipment and assistive technology with support from the tech team
- Assisting in the setup of befriending partnerships alongside the Volunteer Coordinator
- Connect, share, and learn with partners and other organisations
- Being a point of contact for MyVision within the North and West of Oxfordshire
Other duties:
- Provide talks and training as needed
- Support the Fundraising team with local events and initiatives
