We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our central Project Management Office team (PMO) for a 12 month fixed term contract to focus on the delivery of our new People Systems (HR Management, Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning and Development) project. In this role you will:

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of designated people system projects.
• Oversee best practice processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and with minimal organisational disruption.
• Build, develop and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure delivery of the relevant projects.
• Provide support and training around project techniques to colleagues across St Mungo’s.

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Inclusion and Climate Justice (I&CJ) initiatives. You will work closely with the Director(s) of Inclusion and Climate Justice to manage key projects and campaigns, develop consultancy work, and support the successful delivery of our EDI strategy. You will be part of the team behind the unique RACE Report in the UK and its upcoming Europe-wide version. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager with drive, intellectual curiosity, and excellent communication skills to join our small but dynamic Programme Management Office (PMO). Further Information

• This is a full-time (37.5 hrs/week) 6-month role, with the possibility of an extension.
• Given the work is mostly focused at RSPB Pulborough Brooks, we’d like the post holder to be able to work from the reserve 1-2 days/week.
• There will be an expectation to periodically meet for face-to-face meetings.

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading UK charity in their search for a Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of the Youth Health Programme UK (YHP UK) that harnesses the power of Youth Centre Design to find solutions that meet the specific mental health and wellbeing needs of young people in the UK.
 
This is a full-time home-based position, with regular travel across Cambridgeshire, offered on a contract until August 2025.
 
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project coordination and delivery in the Cambridgeshire area, ensuring project plans are delivered, effectively monitoring, and evaluated. The postholder will effectively engage with local grassroots organisations working with young people, building links, and managing relationships with local practitioners and delivery partners. The new project manager will ensure that the YHP UK programme actively takes a youth centred approach, enabling young people’s voices to be at the heart of the programme.
 
To be successful, you will have experience coordinating and delivering mid-to-large scale regional or national programmes that supports young people and/or mental health. You will have experience of delivering clear and concise project delivery and implementation plans, able to implement monitoring and evaluation to track project impact. You will have demonstrable ability to establish, build and maximise partnerships with community-based organisations that supports project delivery and achieves change. Knowledge and experience of working with youth in Cambridgeshire would be beneficial.

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Data and IT team. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of assigned IT projects within the charity. You'll be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
