London, Greater London (Hybrid)
£45,000 per year

Job description

Our client is the only Jewish community centre of its kind in the UK, serving as a dynamic, cross-communal hub for Jewish arts, culture, education and social action. They will now hire an Individual Giving and Legacy Manager and Prospectus is pleased to lead the search.

A newly created role that reports to the Director of Fundraising, the Individual Giving and Legacy Manager will help the organisation deliver on the immense potential of this area of giving, developing and implementing Individual Giving and Legacy programmes. You will lead the roll-out and operation of the refreshed friends scheme and will deliver compelling community giving initiatives, developing integrated supporter journeys for regular donors along the way. This area brings in c. £180k a year and has experienced recent growth, so this position would be ideal for someone who is data and process-led and also values direct, personal engagement with current and potential supporters.

The selected postholder will have experience of individual giving or legacy fundraising and will have experience in setting-up and delivering new individual giving or legacy campaigns and products. You will have a track record of developing and implementing a range of supporter journeys and will enjoy working in a small, versatile team and will have an excellent attention to detail.

At Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you with your application. We welcome all candidates to apply, regardless of age, sex/gender, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital status or pregnancy/maternity. If you have any disability and require reasonable adjustment/s to any part of the process then please contact Ryan Burdock at Prospectus.

If you feel you meet some of the criteria but not all, we really hope you'll enquire and learn more. Prospectus can advise and support on each part of the role and hopefully your application, so we look forward to hearing from you. We are committed to a fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment process. AI may be used to assist our teams, but no recruitment or hiring decisions are made solely by automated systems.

In order to apply please submit your CV in the first instance. Should your experience be suitable, we will arrange for a meeting to brief you on the role. You'll then have all the information you need to formally apply. We are looking forward to connecting with you soon.
