The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be looking after a portfolio of longstanding five-figure partnerships and will focus particularly on building new business relationships.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time (part-time considered) basis paying a salary of £39,083 per annum. This role can be fully remote or hybrid. We will consider applications from candidates who wish to work remotely dependent on geographic location or, on a hybrid basis enabling you to work remotely with the expectation to attend the Bath office at least 20% of your time each month.
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will engage with and steward existing partnerships with support from the Head of Fundraising and Director of Fundraising. The organisation has done some thorough research to identify areas of potential new business and has prepared tools and collateral to support new business approaches. A key focus of this role is to proactively make approaches and initiate new relationships.
The ideal candidate will be eager to initiate and successfully secure new business partnerships for the ROS. The candidate will need to have examples of doing so within a previous role/organisation. ROS’ team of experts in their field and talented fundraisers are looking for someone who will bring their own ideas and collaborate across teams. There is no need to have knowledge surrounding Osteoporosis already but a willingness to learn is essential.

The role:
The purpose of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and accurate day-to-day financial management and financial controls for the Fidelity UK and international Foundations, including leading on management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning and delivering the annual reports and accounts for all four Foundations. The post holder will prepare all finance papers for Board and Finance and Investment Subcommittee meetings and will support the oversight of the Foundations’ investment portfolios. The person
The successful applicant will have a detailed knowledge of accounting principles, ideally with experience of the charitable sector, and a strong track record of day-to-day financial management in a comparable role. The role holder will deliver accurate forecasts of and insightful explanations of financial performance whilst ensuring the appropriate level of expenditure by each directorate and supporting each directorate in delivering their forecast expenditure.
As well as supporting stakeholders with financial planning, analysis and business cases, the role will provide strong business partnership to stakeholders to develop and implement improved management information and business insight that will enable accurate and timely decision making.
The role is a key link between the various directorates, Finance and the wider Corporate Services directorate.

Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Growth and Portfolio Impact, the Senior Programme Manager will provide day-to-day operational oversight of programme delivery, ensuring contract compliance and financial management, acting as main point of contact with Clients. The postholder will develop and execute plans for complex programmes and projects, identifying issues or potential risks, including project performance, financial and legal. The Senior Programme Manager will lead and mentor the programme delivery team, including development and evaluation of assigned staff.
To be successful, you will have significant experience of programme management within an International Development context, with experience in supporting and supervising large technical assistance programmes. You will have an excellent understanding of donor/client management requirements, including working with major funders like FCDO or Green Climate Fund. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to forge and develop cohesive teams with clear roles and responsibilities. Finally, you will have demonstrable leadership ability, providing compliance/financial support to project management teams.

As the Senior IT Operations Officer, you will be the welcoming face for new team members, ensuring they're equipped and trained on systems for a seamless onboarding experience.
Additionally, the Senior IT Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating, planning and leading IT-related services and activities and developing IT related policies and procedures. The role will also provide technical and administrative support to departments and users to ensure that they can make optimum use of the organisation’s IT networks, systems, and associated hardware and software.
You will be responsible for promoting digitalisation initiatives across the organisation and have the responsibility for managing the IT budget and procurement, overseeing implementation and maintenance of IT systems and technologies that support strategic and digitalisation aspirations.
