ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a detail driven Report Analyst to design, develop and maintain high-quality reports across Finance, HCM, Payroll and Procurement, empowering decision-making across our Academies and Head Office. You will strengthen our reporting capability and ensure accurate, timely, and trusted data flows across Oracle Fusion, BromCom, EPM and connected systems.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Reporting & Analytics

• Design, build, and maintain operational, statutory, and management reports using Oracle tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics Warehouse).
• Partner with functional leads (Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement) to translate business requirements into well-structured, automated reporting solutions.
• Develop standardised reporting packs for Academies, Clusters, and Federation-level performance reporting.
• Support EPM and BromCom integration reporting, ensuring alignment of staff, financial, and operational data across systems.
• Create and maintain a central reporting catalogue and data dictionary for reference and consistency.

Data Quality & Governance

• Validate and reconcile report outputs to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Support data integrity checks across systems, contributing to a single source of truth for key people and finance data.
• Work with Data Governance leads to ensure reporting complies with data protection, audit, and safeguarding standards.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior philanthropy role with real influence, autonomy and scope, combining strong core income delivery, with the chance to lead a major capital expansion appeal for The Treehouse Hospice in Ipswich which will significantly enhance the services we can provide to children, young people and their families.

Reporting into the Director of Fundraising, this senior leadership role within our Fundraising team, responsible for delivering around £3 million in income annually.

• Lead and implement the Philanthropy & Partnerships strategy to achieve ambitious income targets.

Make a difference to young people in rural Fenland

Cambridgeshire ACRE is looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Youth Support Worker to join our brand‑new Fenland Youth Connect project. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service designed to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and strengthen support networks for young people aged 16–21 living in some of the county’s most rural communities.

About the role

As our Youth Support Worker, you will:

• Co‑design and deliver three youth hubs across Fenland, ensuring they are inclusive, youth‑led and welcoming spaces.

• Build strong relationships with volunteers, local partners and health agencies to provide holistic support.

What we’re looking for

• Level 2 qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting 16–21 year olds, particularly around mental wellbeing.
• Understanding of rural isolation, local barriers, and the context of young people’s lives in Fenland.
• Strong facilitation and active‑listening skills.
• Experience delivering youth‑focused activities, creative sessions or workshops.
• Confidence working independently, managing your own schedule, and travelling across rural areas.

As Senior Building Safety Manager, you will provide strategic leadership on building safety, fire safety, and structural risk management. This is an exciting opportunity to join the National Lottery Community Fund’s Finance and Resources Directorate at a key moment in the refresh of our counter fraud function. As a Counter Fraud Manager, you’ll be at the heart of protecting the Fund’s integrity and ensuring that funding reaches the communities that need it most. Your Responsibilities:

• Delivering internal and external investigation services for the Fund.

What does a typical day look like?

• Morning: You’re meeting with funding and legal about the outcomes of an investigation and providing specialist advice on next steps.
   
• Midday: You’re reviewing some recently proposed fraud controls for a new funding programme launching in a few weeks.
   
• Afternoon: You’re conducting high-quality one-to-ones with your line reports to support, coach, and develop the team, ensuring everyone has the tools and confidence to succeed.
   
• End of day: You’re working alongside the other manager to review and prioritise the number of cases the team are working through and drafting ideas for the teams next report to senior leaders.

Every day is different. One minute you’re reviewing a complex investigation to help decide next steps, the next you’re delivering a presentation to other teams to create awareness of fraud.

Key Purpose
 
The Safeguarding Manager is a pivotal leadership position at RABI, responsible for spearheading the organisation’s dedication to safeguarding and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone connected to our work.
