One25 are currently trialing a 4 Day Week. This means that staff work 20% less for the same salary following a successful probation period. It is a pilot and a decision about its continuation will be taken in May. With this in mind, we are highlighting it as a potential benefit, but not guaranteed.

Hours: 30 hours a week. Available working days are Monday to Friday and work pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate. There is a requirement to be available for occasional evening and weekend commitments, which can be taken back as time off in lieu.

The Operational Support Worker plays a vital role in enabling the team to offer compassionate, Christ centred support to vulnerable women. The Tower Project’s award-winning JET Service is seeking a passionate and skilled Disability Employment Adviser to help transform the employment prospects of adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism.

This is a varied community-facing role combining personalised employment support, employer partnership working and in-work coaching. You’ll lead a newly restructured HR and OD function, coaching and providing direction to ensure they have the capability, systems, processes and insights to attract, develop and retain exceptional colleagues.

As a member of our Leadership Team, you’ll quickly become a trusted partner to the Executive Group and CEO, offering expert insight, sound judgement and forward‑thinking leadership on all people‑related matters.  You’ll need to get up to speed rapidly, build relationships fast, and bring immediate stability, focus and momentum to key priority areas.

This role is perfect for an experienced HR leader with the ability to navigate complex organisations, champion a positive employee experience, enable high performance, and drive cultural change that supports our long‑term goals. You’ll bring credibility, creativity and a values‑led approach, combined with the ability to make an impact from day one.

About the Role

Make a meaningful impact every weekend by supporting young people to build the confidence, skills and resilience they need for independent living. In this 8‑placement supported accommodation service, you’ll deliver focused, strengths‑based support, complete SMART outcome‑driven plans, and lead risk and needs assessments—helping clients progress with purpose while maintaining a safe and positive environment. 

As Young People Support Worker (part time), you’ll run one‑to‑one and group sessions, support new residents to settle in, and work collaboratively with statutory partners to provide joined‑up, personalised support. With creativity, empathy and strong safeguarding awareness, you’ll motivate clients to engage in education, training, employment and community activities, all under Depaul’s assets‑based, psychologically informed approach.

As Floating Support Worker at our service in West London, you’ll collaborate closely with housing, health, substance‑use and community partners to deliver coordinated, high‑quality support, advocating for clients and challenging barriers when needed. Accuracy in record‑keeping, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to problem‑solve in fast‑paced community settings are essential. This role suits someone solutions‑driven, compassionate and confident working independently—including occasionally during unsocial hours—while staying grounded in dignity, inclusion and client‑led practice. 

 In this role, you will:

• Provide trauma‑informed, person‑centred support to adults with complex needs in supported accommodation.

• Build trust and engage flexibly to help clients sustain tenancies and prevent repeat homelessness.

• Support clients with housing, health, finances, benefits and meaningful activities.

• Use ACT‑based approaches to build resilience, confidence and psychological flexibility.
