Would you like to be part of a young and vibrant charity that is dedicated to supporting those who have been bereaved by suicide? We are looking for an energetic, people-focused individual who is eager to kickstart a rewarding career in the charity sector. As our Community Fundraising Officer, you will be the ultimate cheerleader and point of contact for our amazing supporters—whether they are taking on the London Marathon, doing a sponsored skydiving challenge, or organising local fundraising events like bake sales and quizzes. You don’t need years of fundraising experience to succeed in this role; what matters most is your genuine enthusiasm for our cause, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive, encouraging attitude that helps every fundraiser feel valued and motivated from signing-up to crossing the finish line.
This entry-level role is the perfect springboard for a motivated self-starter who thrives on connection, variety, and helping people achieve extraordinary things. You’ll be highly organised with great attention to detail, comfortable keeping track of participant details and fundraising targets, and quick to learn new systems. If you are a natural connector who loves building relationships, celebrating supporter milestones, and turning personal challenges into vital funding for our work, we would love to hear from you!
NB - We want to hear your genuine voice and personal experience, so please don't use generative AI tools to write your answers to our application questions.
