Are you a collaborative project leader who loves bringing big ideas to life? We're looking for a Global Projects Advisor to join our People & Culture (PAC) team. In this role, you'll work alongside our PAC Director and Senior Management Team providing them with strategic and operational support.

What you'll be doing
- Leading Exciting Global Projects: You will take the reins on key People & Culture initiatives, keep track of our team goals.
- Guiding Teams Through Change: You will be our expert for change management, championing new HR technologies and helping our staff transition smoothly through new ways of working.
- Turning Data into Insights: You'll design, deliver, and oversee corporate dashboards, workforce analytics, and KPIs to help our leadership team make smart, data informed decisions.
- Building Connections: Represent PAC in global, cross directorate project groups and build strong relationships with other organisations, forums and consortiums.
What we are looking for:
- Proven Project Experience: You've successfully managed complex People project lifecycles in a global setting (whether in the INGO or commercial sector).
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You'll have extensive experience with workforce analytics and planning for organisational growth.
- Change Management: Experience leading organisations through transformational change rapid growth or restructuring.
- A Great Communicator & Facilitator: You build trust easily, bring people together across different cultures, and communicate with clarity and warmth.
Role location: This role can be based in any country where Tearfund is registered and legally allowed to employ staff.
Hybrid working for UK candidates: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from the Tearfund Teddington office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.
Contract: This is a part time role, working 28 hours per week and salary will be market related and based on location.
