Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic membership client looking for an interim Copywriter & Content Executive. The successful candidate will support the organisation’s communications, marketing content, and digital transformation projects, ensuring engaging, clear, and audience-focused content across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and optimise content for websites, email campaigns, digital journeys, and customer touchpoints to enhance engagement and user experience.
- Create compelling copy for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, publications, and social media.
- Support the delivery of customer-facing communications related to acquisition, onboarding, retention, and renewal strategies.
- Audit existing content, identify improvements, and ensure consistency, clarity, and accessibility aligned with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible content.
- Contribute to website content updates, applying SEO and usability best practices to improve digital presence.
- Assist with ongoing support for marketing activities, maintaining high standards of copy quality and audience focus.
- Support the organisation’s CRM and digital transformation efforts by tailoring content for varied digital platforms and automations.
- Help lead on dynamics 365 customer insights and segmentations.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in copywriting, content marketing, or communications across a variety of formats and channels.
- Ideally MS Dynamics 365 CRM experience/or similar.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Experience creating digital content, including emails, customer journeys, and website content, with a focus on accessibility and SEO.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Basic understanding of content management systems and analytics tools is desirable.
- An interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools for content creation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of working within memberships, charities, or non-profit organisations would be beneficial.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £36,000 (pro rata)
9 month fixed term contract
Starting ASAP in September
1-2 days a month in the office (Central London)
