Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Digital Marketing Officer role. The successful candidate will support the delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, enhancing supporter engagement and driving organisational objectives within a dynamic charity environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels, including social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with organisational targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a cohesive approach to digital activity, including tracking and analysis.
- Produce performance reports for social media and email campaigns, providing insights to inform ongoing improvements.
- Contribute to content creation and distribution, ensuring messaging aligns with organisational objectives and target audiences.
- Support audience growth through data-driven testing, analysis, and experimentation within digital acquisition strategies.
Person Specification:
- Experience planning, delivering, and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns within a deadline-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of paid social media platforms, including Facebook/Meta, and experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance.
- Experience implementing tracking pixels, UTMs, and working with ad platform features.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, including building and testing email campaigns.
- Experience working with external agencies and managing digital budgets.
- Attributes including organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £30,000-£32,500
- Location: Remote with 1 day a quarter in the office
- Contract: Permeanent and full time
