Job description

The Talent Set are partnering with a community-driven social welfare organisation to appoint a Head of Income Generation to drive the charity’s voluntary income streams.

This role will shape and deliver a multi-year income strategy across Trusts, Corporate, Philanthropy and Public Fundraising, while partnering with the organisation to oversee high-value bids, tenders and funder relationships that translate into real social impact. This role carries senior leadership responsibility, Board level reporting and the chance to shape long term organisational sustainability.

Key duties include:

  • Lead and deliver a multi year income and engagement strategy across all major income streams.
  • Own income targets, pipelines, forecasts and risk management to drive financial sustainability.
  • Oversee high value bids, tenders and funder stewardship with evidence led, outcome focused applications.
  • Direct communications, marketing and engagement to strengthen reputation and supporter confidence.
  • Build and drive a fundraising culture through collaboration and compelling cases for support.
  • Provide senior leadership, Board level reporting and team management to ensure high performance and accountability.
