This is an opportunity at one of Canada’s most prestigious universities at a time of exciting ambition and momentum.  One of the most exciting leadership positions in the sector, this newly created position will be critical to Queen’s University maintaining and growing its capability to attract philanthropic funding at the principal gifts level and engaging powerfully with our alumni and non-alumni stakeholders globally.

Working at the most senior levels across the University and globally, you will lead a team that delivers gifts that are truly transformational. Reporting to the Vice Principal (Advancement) and as a member of her Leadership Team, you will spearhead the University’s engagement with principal level prospects around the world and help shape and drive Queen’s next fundraising campaign.

You will be a values-driven leader with extensive experience in successfully developing and overseeing institution-wide principal gift fundraising. Comfortable orchestrating a myriad of stakeholders, you will have a demonstrable record of building relationships and engaging with philanthropists and high net-worth individuals.

This role is based at Queen’s University campus in Kingston, Ontario. The position may be eligible for a remote work arrangement within the Province of Ontario.
