Art Explora is seeking a full time Community Programme Coordinator to lead on the day-to-day running of the Community Programme in London, working closely with Art Explora’s Community Programme Manager and coordinating programme volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

Edward Alsop court provides support and accommodation for up to 50 men over 50's with complex needs. These needs may be around health, mobility, alcohol use, or mental health. Cystic Fibrosis Trust is looking for an Information Officer to join our busy and supportive team at an exciting time of rapid change in cystic fibrosis and the information landscape. Changes in clinical care, treatments and the experiences and needs of people with CF have prompted a dramatic increase in the breadth and volume of information we need to create. At the same time, AI, disinformation and misinformation mean accurate, trusted information is more important than ever.
To navigate the changing landscape of CF and health information, you’ll need editorial expertise and a commitment to engaging with and empowering the cystic fibrosis community through the development of high quality, engaging, accessible information in print and digital formats.
You will develop and maintain our extensive offer of health and other information, including our library of factsheets, special topic information packs, web content and videos aimed at people affected by cystic fibrosis and clinical teams. You will make sure that our resources meet the needs of our target audiences through sensitive and meaningful involvement with people with CF and healthcare professionals.
You will have experience of producing high quality, comprehensive information for people with health conditions from concept through to publication and a knack for making complex health information easy to understand. An understanding of and commitment to the criteria of the Patient Information Forum quality kitemark (the PIF TICK) is integral to the role.
This position will involve working on multiple projects concurrently, juggling priorities, being proactive in your approach and creating reactive information to address emerging issues. Strong organisational and time-management skills are therefore needed, as is the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with colleagues in the team and wider organisation, and a range of external stakeholders.

The Senior Campaigns & Advocacy Officer will form a key part of the Policy, Advocacy and Influencing team, bringing together policy, public affairs and campaigns expertise to drive systemic change for young people. You will be responsible for delivering ambitious campaigns to achieve our aims, utilising offline and online tactics to empower supporters to join us in influencing policy and creating change.

The Campaigns & Advocacy Manager will lead organisational political campaigning to drive policy change. As part of this leadership of campaign and advocacy work, you will directly line manage a Senior Campaigns & Advocacy Officer and 2 part-time Campaigns & Advocacy Officers.
The individual in this role will be able to utilise multiple techniques and approaches to strategically plan, create, deliver and measure the impact of a range of campaigning activity. As a campaigns specialist, you will lead by example, delivering and enabling effective campaigning activity.
Key responsibilities will be to:
-Lead the campaigns and public advocacy work in line with defined policy and influencing priorities of the organisation, contributing to delivering and growing impact with and for young people.
-Set the organisational plan for delivering political campaigning activity, communicating this effectively to demonstrate and explain how campaigns activity will bring about policy change to positively impact young people.
-Create opportunities for young people, parent/carers and practitioners to be involved in campaigns and advocacy work, including having their voices heard by decision makers to inform policy change.
-Measure and capture the impact of campaigns and advocacy work, utilising data to form a powerful, compelling narrative to demonstrate the value of campaigning to influence change.
-Overseeing all campaign communications, externally and internally, to form an ambitious and inspiring tone and voice to political campaigning work.
-Direct line management and team group leadership, delivering specific projects and workstreams and contributing to the wider work of the Policy, Advocacy and Influencing team.

The Recovery House is a brand new, exciting and innovative service for our client and is an opportunity to create a flagship standard of support and care for those in mental health crisis. The Service Manager is pivotal to the creation of this new service, helping to shape their offer and deliver the best service possible.
As the Service Manager you will use your skills and knowledge to lead a team of 16 to deliver the service for adults in Birmingham and Solihull. The Service Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the delivery and culture of a new service, and start people’s recovery from crisis, ensuring the best outcomes.
The Recovery House will provide those whose mental health is escalating towards crisis, with a safe, secure and welcoming environment to support de-escalation. The House will provide a homely environment, allowing people to retain independence, whilst receiving person centred and appropriate support.
The service will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing vital support to people in need of short-term crisis accommodation, of up to 7 nights.
The service is a partnership with the NHS, who will have a staff presence at all times, and will build on the range of strong collaborations we have with the public sector.
The role would suit people with a passion for making a difference in mental health and who bring a recovery-focused approach to services whilst relishing the challenge of building a impactful and high quality service.
The service is subject to Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. You will be required to gain CQC registration and to ensure that CQC standards are met to a high level.
