1. Supervise and develop Trainee Debt Advisers

Ablaze are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Workshop Manager to deliver our Employment & Skills programme workshops for young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
This role is ideal for someone who has experience planning and delivering engaging workshops, can build positive relationships with young people facing barriers to progression and is passionate about helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for employment.
Alongside workshop delivery, you will support the collection of programme impact data on our secondary school career mentoring programme and contribute to reporting for our business partners. About the Role
The Employment Advisor exists to support refugees to progress towards meaningful employment in the UK through high-quality employment advice, guidance and practical support.
The role is responsible for managing a caseload of clients, delivering employment and career-related interventions, and supporting volunteers to contribute effectively to service delivery. Through individual support, group activities and partnership working, the role contributes to successful employment outcomes and delivery of project objectives.

The role
We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our dedicated Beeing Together team. This is a role focused on delivering high-quality, engaging, and trauma-informed support directly with young people, while contributing to the wider development of the project.
You will build trusted relationships with separated and age-disputed young people, deliver group activities and one-to-one support, and work alongside partners to create opportunities that help young people achieve their goals. You will also contribute to youth voice, partnership working, and the ongoing learning and development of the project.
In practice, this means you might spend part of your week delivering group activities such as English conversation groups, life skills sessions, creative activities, sports, or community-based opportunities, and the rest providing individual support, coordinating delivery, building relationships with partners, and supporting project development.
