We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with strong ledger and reconciliation experience to join our Finance and Legacy Administration team as Finance Officer. You’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the charity whilst working alongside the Finance Officer (Payables) and reporting to the Head of Finance and Administration. You’ll be liaising with staff across the charity, those in Head Office, the four Farms and their Visitor Centres, Field officers and the International Team.

Key Responsibilties: 

• Processing of Farm, Visitor Centre and Shop income 

• Processing and reconciling of fundraised income

• Co-ordination and control of stock at Visitor Centres and Head Office

• Sales ledger 

• Processing of international expenses journals from the circa 16 international projects the Charity funds 

• Assist in the preparation of monthly Management Accounts including accruals and prepayments 

• Ensure that the Fixed Asset Register is kept updated and reconciled 

• Assist in the preparation of Quarterly VAT returns 

• Working proactively with the Head of Finance and Administration, Finance Officer (Payables) and other key internal staff to achieve the overall goals of the Charity 

About you:

We’re looking for someone with substantial experience using finance software packages, strong skills in sales and nominal ledger management, and a solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping. You’ll need excellent Excel and numeracy skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Ideally, you’ll be AAT qualified or part-qualified, with experience using Sage 200 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and familiarity with EPOS systems, charity VAT, and foreign currency transactions. A flexible, organised, and conscientious approach is essential, along with a genuine interest in the work and values of World Horse Welfare. 

Location:

The role is based in Norfolk and is currently a hybrid split of 2 days in our head office in Snetterton and 3 days at home. You may be required to attend events around the UK so the ability to travel occasionally is necessary.

Job Summary

Whether assisting students and residents on a daily basis, supporting weekend residentials, conferences and events, or working with the team which delivers our annual Foundation Celebration, this role is at the heart of providing a welcoming campus environment.

The Campus Accommodation and Hospitality Manager will lead a team of reception and housekeeping staff to deliver and administer a full range of campus services. As well as providing an efficient and welcoming reception service, this includes the management of meeting rooms, accommodation booking, achieving and maintaining high standards of housekeeping, and overseeing contracted catering and refreshment services. The postholder will be part of a committed staff team, giving and receiving support to deliver the operational needs of the Foundation in a way which reflects our ethos of hospitality, care and community. 

This is a full-time role, with some evening and weekend work during weekend residentials and other events. The postholder will also participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Key responsibilities

1. To manage the delivery of accommodation and hospitality operations.

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors from diverse backgrounds and denominations.
• Oversee the day-to-day running of hospitality services including accommodation, catering and menus, and support for conferences and events.
• Represent the staff team on hospitality matters at the Foundation’s residents’ and community forum meetings

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver and develop services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. The second is providing one-to-one support to help Young Carers manage challenges, access services, and prioritise their mental and emotional wellbeing. The third is leading outreach to identify and engage hidden Young Carers. 

About The Role: 

You will work across two key age groups, 5–11 and 12–16, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed. Alongside group activities, you will offer one-to-one support to individual Young Carers, ensuring they feel heard, included, and supported as they navigate the challenges of their caring roles. You will also deliver awareness training sessions, run stalls, and build partnerships in the community to identify and engage Young Carers. 

This is a part-time post (3 days per week). The regular days will be Wednesday - Friday, However flexibility is required, with regular evening and occasional weekend work.

About This Job

As Fundraising Assistant at sister charities, ACCT UK and CCFA, you will play a key role in the growth of existing fundraising and in the creation of new income streams. Stewarding fundraisers, helping to develop new and existing fundraising campaigns, building relationships internally within the cadet organisations and externally with Trusts and Foundations, corporates and major givers. You will provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining the fundraising database. About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our small and dedicated team on a fixed term contract of 5 months, to be the first point of contact for our supporters and donors — helping to grow, inspire, and retain our community of givers.

In this role, you will:

• Engage and inspire supporters – be the first point of contact for donors, providing excellent supporter care and building lasting relationships.
• Deliver exceptional supporter journeys – manage and grow our community of regular donors through personalised communications that deepen engagement and improve retention.
• Drive individual giving growth – help meet revenue and retention goals by supporting donor acquisition campaigns and managing ongoing giving programmes.
• Create compelling content – craft inspiring copy for emails, web pages, and social media to attract and retain supporters.
• Deliver impactful fundraising campaigns – collaborate across UK and global teams to plan, launch, and evaluate digital fundraising initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for global issues, women’s empowerment and human rights who has excellent communication skills, including written and verbal to engage and enthuse supporters for Women for Women International. Previous charity sector experience is desirable; however, transferable talents will also be considered for this role.

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable adults during critical moments in their care journey? As a Hospital Care Navigator, you’ll be a vital part of ensuring patients leave the hospital safely and confidently, with the right support in place.

In this rewarding role, you’ll be the single point of contact for adult patients preparing for discharge from the hospital. You’ll work closely with the Adult Social Care team, health professionals, hospital practitioners, and community services to:

• Identify needs and barriers to safe discharge
• Achieve safe and timely patient discharge
• Coordinate outpatient appointments and follow-up services
• Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to patients and their families
• Ensure patients understand their discharge plan every step of the way.

You’ll meet with patients, their families, friends, or carers to assess ongoing needs, ensuring a safe plan is in place for their return home. This could include ensuring that medication is arranged from the hospital pharmacy, someone is at home to greet them, food and heating are available, and the condition of the home is safe to return to. You may be required to liaise with Adult Social Care and other home providers to coordinate home support. You’ll follow up on calls or visits to ensure the patient is managing well at home. By providing the proper support, patients can be discharged sooner, and the risk of readmission is significantly reduced. 

We’re seeking someone who:

• Has experience working with vulnerable adults in social care, healthcare, or the community/voluntary sector
• Communicates with empathy and confidence across different teams at different levels, and with patients
• Is highly organised, with excellent time management skills
• Has awareness and respect for cultural differences
• (Bonus) Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.

The role is based at our Southwark office, and you will be required to travel to hospitals and across the City of London, as well as to Tower Hamlets, Camden, Hackney, and Southwark.

We’re looking for a Supporter Recruitment Campaign Manager, who will attract new supporters to our work through innovative, creative campaigns.

What does this role do?
As Supporter Recruitment Campaign Manager, you’ll:

• Design and deliver supporter recruitment campaigns, through paper-based direct marketing, tv and telephone campaigns, collaborating with other teams and external stakeholders to attract new prospects to support our mission,
• Capture and monitor progress of campaigns, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging in order to maximise income,
• Analyse outcomes from campaigns, drawing key learnings to optimise future work,
• Manage relationships with internal teams and third-party agencies, who play a critical role in the delivery of campaigns.
