This is a critical role that will provide flexible, high-quality administrative, delivery and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) including effective and efficient management of the CEO’s diary, inbox, meetings, key events and correspondence, supporting and enabling the CEO and SLT to lead the organisation and to deliver the strategy.

Your experience is important, but more important are your excellent co-ordination, collaboration and delivery skills which will be essential to allow you to provide flexible high-quality support. You will be able to work both independently and in close partnership with the CEO, and you will show initiative in anticipating and resolving problems as needed. You will possess excellent communication skills, and your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to develop effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues at all levels, both internally and externally.

About the role

Training event coordination

Role purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the National Programme Team with the implementation of operational plans that deliver successful national skills competitions. Summary of terms and conditions

· The salary for this role is £28,000.

· WorldSkills UK offers a maximum employer’s contribution to your pension of 6% of your basic salary, on the condition that you make an employee contribution to your pension of at least 3%. · Full time working hours are a minimum of 35 hours per week, normal working hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday although we pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to our working practices and service delivery and are happy to discuss flexible working options, with suitable candidates.

· 25 days’ annual leave [which will increase by one additional day for each completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days] plus public and bank holidays.

· The post is subject to six months’ probationary period with two weeks’ notice during the probationary period and one month thereafter.

The role will involve managing all aspects of acquisition and stewardship. This will include agreeing propositions, recruiting and managing third party suppliers such as face-toface agencies, briefing creative for digital asks and liaising with our in-house comms team to 
create engaging fundraising copy and materials. The Individual Giving Manager will also be 
responsible for developing and delivering the stewardship programme to maximise loyalty 
and lifetime value.

We are looking for a new lay member to join our Council. This is an opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and scrutiny of the work of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).

This is a full‑time role supporting our specialist animal fostering service, which enables victim‑survivors of domestic abuse to leave abusive relationships by ensuring their much‑loved animals are safe and well cared for.

The focus of this role is to work as part of a dedicated team to maintain the highest standards of animal welfare across a wide range of species. Equally central is providing exceptional support to victim-survivors of domestic abuse, alongside volunteers and colleagues across human and animal health and welfare services.

Your work will directly help individuals and families in crisis, ensuring both they and their animals receive the safety, care, and compassion they deserve.

Applicants must have:

• An animal welfare qualification (minimum Level 3)
• Significant knowledge and proven competence in assessing and handling dogs, cats, and other species in a rescue or similar environment
• A commitment to high standards of animal welfare
• The ability to support victim‑survivors in a professional, empathetic, and trauma‑informed way
• Strong teamwork, communication, and record‑keeping skills

The Latin American Women’s Rights Service (LAWRS) is a human rights and feminist
organisation led by and for Latin American migrant women in the UK. Our work is dedicated to
supporting the immediate and long-term needs of Latin American migrant women exposed to
violations of their fundamental human rights; facing violence against women and girls,
exploitation or trafficking; enduring difficult living and working conditions in low paid jobs, and
facing barriers to social protection.
The post holder will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of LAWRS’
policy, advocacy, and communications strategy to tackle the issues affecting migrant women in
the UK labour market, in particular those who are survivors of trafficking and exploitation, and
will work jointly with LAWRS’ policy team and the frontline teams.

This post is open to Latin American women only* in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. We
particularly welcome applications from disabled and LGBTQ+ candidates as they are currently
underrepresented within the team.
