Job description

We are working with a well known Health Charity seeking a highly motivated and organised interim Facilities Executive for a month to join their team in the London Bridge office. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing staff to focus on their important work.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face for visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
  • Manage office desk booking system and security system.
  • Coordinate inductions for new employees, including setting up DSE assessments and home working equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked office environment (including ordering essential supplies).
  • Collaborate with various teams (People and Culture, IT, Communications) to ensure a positive working environment.
  • Oversee storage facilities and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with GDPR and data protection policies.

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in office coordination and a passion for creating a positive work experience.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • You possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with people from all backgrounds.
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and are proficient in data entry and document creation.
  • You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • You have a basic understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • You are proficient in standard IT applications (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office Suite) and comfortable using web applications and databases.
